UsGirls does great work! They clean things from top to bottom. Everything looks, smells, and IS clean and fresh when they're done. No need to supervise, no need to even think about cleaning when these girls are on, they rock!

Sydney watched my 2 fur babies when I left town for a weekend ( on a few occasions) and she sent me pictures of them, updated me everytime she fed them. Amazing service. Would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. :)

Dania and her team are amazing! I thought that the water stains in my sink were impossible to remove. Her team made it look like I bought a new sink! I also have a lot of books, photos, and bric-a-brac. Needless to say, my shelves are full of “dust collectors“. They take the time to dust everything and put it back in its place. Also, I thought that the floors had tan tiles. Actually, after a deep cleaning, they are much lighter and really brighten the place up. If there’s one thing I hate to clean, it is the oven. They made my oven sparkle like new! Not to get too gross, but there is a common thing you see in Phoenix. There is a weird orange ring around the waterline in the toilet. I could never get it clean, even with pumice. We also have very hard water that stains the shower tiles. Not anymore! I don’t know how, but it is gone! 100% recommend!

UsGirls has been so easy to work with and the cleanings have been great! We started with a move in clean that turned into monthly. They are also very friendly and accommodating!

We love their attention to detail and how they were able to accommodate our various requests. They have been a godsend especially with little ones and very little time. We have referred our friends and family to them!

The team did an amazing job cleaning our house! Such attention to detail, they cleaned things we’d forgotten existed. We have 2 cats and they were understanding and very nice with them. This was our initial cleaning with them, and we absolutely went ahead and planned routine cleaning. Thanks, you guys rock!

Will never use this company again. Their scheduling service must be run by a kindergartner. I have scheduled to use their service 3 times. They have cancelled on me one of those times 20 minutes prior to the scheduled window of arrival. Another time they informed me the scheduled time was for nothing and they would actually be here at a different time hours earlier which does not work.
There are much better cleaning companies around.

I saw a recommendation for UsGirls on Reddit so decided to give them a try. I hired them for a move in clean for a home we just purchased. The previous owners left the home in great condition and it was already quite clean, but I wanted to make sure it was completely move in ready for us. The cleaning was definitely not the quality I would expect for a move in clean. There were still crumbs in the kitchen drawers and cabinets, and the freezer looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all (see photo). When I contacted them about this, they stated they could come back out the following day to correct the issues. I got a text at 7:57 am the next morning stating that the team would be arriving at 8:00 am. I told them that I needed more than just a 3 minute notice, which is ridiculous. I ended up telling them not to bother coming back and I would just clean what was missed myself. Communication was also poor. The home was vacant at the time of cleaning as we were moving from out of state. They never texted or contacted me to let me know the cleaning even took place. I had to text them 2 days later to make sure they were able to get into the home. A waste of $300. I have never written a bad review before, but I was extremely disappointed with this service.

We had a super dusty house after having some remodeling done. They were super flexible with their scheduling and very communicative. They came in and did such an amazing job. We would definitely use them again if we ever needed.

They did a wonderful job cleaning my house! We have a Saint Bernard, so lots of fur and slobber. House looks beautiful when I walked in. Took one star off because they weren’t able to show up at their scheduled time, was a little frustrating but I am willing to give them another chance!

Dania goes out of her way to reschedule my regular cleanings when I need to switch times, even though I'm sure it's not ideal for them and she's always lovely about it. Sydney and team are thorough, professional and quick! I'm always amazed when I get home after they clean. Their attention to detail is top notch. UsGirls does a better job than any cleaner I've used and any my friends and family have too! Plus, they don't nickel and dime you for every little thing like most companies do. Booked a standard house cleaning 4 weeks in advance and was quoted a very reasonable price. Unfortunately on the day of my appointment I had not heard from anyone yet when staff was 30 min late and had to reach out myself. I was told on two separate occasions that my appointment was being pushed back initially by 4 hours and then an additional 2 hours from the original time. I was unavailable 6 hours after my initial appointment time and was forced to cancel.
