Joel Wharton is very professional. He shows up when he is scheduled and listens to the customer's needs and concerns. His work is impeccable. I have 16 year old carpeting and Joel makes it look clean and fresh when he is completed. He also does a sensational job cleaning travertine and polishing it. My husband and I only use Wharton for cleaning our rental's carpeting and tiles too.

My experience with Joel was a positive one. We have a toddler, two dogs, and white carpets so you can imagine the struggle. We got our carpets cleaned about a year ago by someone else because we had some pet and food stains we couldn’t get up. They said the stains couldn’t come up and we would have to replace the carpet. They also left a crunchy residue on the carpet. We lived for about a year with stained carpets that we thought couldn’t be cleaned. Enter Joel. He was direct in his communication and efficient with scheduling. He had availability and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. He works quickly and ended up doing our cloud couch and two rooms. Stains are gone, no residue on the carpet- they’re soft and white again. It took about 24 hours to fully dry but it was no problem since we only did one floor of the house. We decided to book Joel every 6 months. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Wharton Carpet Cleaning. Another company had canceled on me the night before our scheduled cleaning. Wharton was able to get me on his schedule before I had to turn over my keys the next day to my rental owner. He cleaned the very old carpet in the rental house making it look better than when I had moved in. If you have pets, I highly recommend his services as he took care of an area I was concerned about. The carpet dried faster than I expected as well. He is very easy to work with and communicate with- my preferred method was calling to schedule and then texting to confirm details. He accepted many forms of payments. I ended up using Zelle. Thank you for being easy to work with after the disappointment from another company leaving me to a last minute situation!
