We’ve been loyal customers of Wharton Carpet Cleaning for many years, and even after moving into our beautiful new home last year, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our annual carpet, rug, and upholstery cleanings.
He’s a one man show and from the moment he arrives, the attention to detail is outstanding—he thoughtfully places protective cones on corners to ensure the equipment and hoses don’t scuff walls or damage our expensive custom paint. He takes extra care to pretreat high-traffic areas, and we’ve been amazed at his ability to completely lift tough stains, including makeup spills, glue mishaps, and all sorts of mysterious “kid-created disasters” that somehow appear overnight!
We’re always thrilled with the results: the carpets and upholstery dry beautifully (no stiff or crunchy feeling), and everything feels soft, refreshed, and lightly scented with a clean, inviting fragrance. Wharton consistently delivers exceptional service and spotless results—we couldn’t be happier and highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional, reliable cleaning!

I've been so happy with every interaction with Joel and his work speaks for itself. I had to push back our original appointment due to other workers taking longer than expected. He was so understanding and ready to schedule again when we were ready. He was right on time for our appointment. Noone was home but we were able to arrange for him to let himself in and locked up before he left. Down the road when we need our carpets cleaned again he will be our 1st call. Thank you, Joel!

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.

Absolutely pathetically ran company.

Coming woukd not honor a deal that was purchased as a Christmas gift. Finally after escaletaing to the owner the “allowed it”

I took the day off work for my appointment and 10 minutes before scheduled time they called and said the cleaner is sick but they can just 1 person to do my almost 3k sqft house, in 2 hours.

They rescheduled for the next day and the cleaners showed up early while I was still at work and left after being told I wasn’t home from work.

Disappointed I wasted my time with these fools

Stay Away – Not Worth the Time, Money, or Headache

I scheduled Pretty In Pink to clean two units and was quoted $225 for the job. On the day of the service, the cleaners only cleaned one unit and left without touching the second. I sent someone to inspect the work, and they confirmed that only one unit had been cleaned. I called the company immediately, and they promised to send someone back out, but we waited two hours and no one ever showed up.

Eventually, they called back and tried to send someone even later, but by that point I had lost all confidence in their reliability and told them I no longer wanted their service. Shockingly, they then informed me they would still charge $180, even though half the job was never done.

I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Avoid Pretty In Pink at all costs, they are unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly don’t stand by their own service.

The saddest part? The unit that was cleaned was done well, but it’s not worth the hassle or the disrespect to your time and money.

I booked Pretty in Pink Cleaning through Groupon and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Two cleaners arrived for a scheduled 2-hour job. Neither spoke English, and they spent nearly an hour in my bathroom—which wasn’t particularly dirty—laughing, chatting, and lingering around my personal items. They refused to move on to other rooms despite my repeated requests.

When I asked one of them to begin vacuuming the bedroom, the supervising cleaner became hostile and abruptly left—less than an hour after arriving—without finishing the master bath. Pretty in Pink management ignored multiple follow-up calls and never offered a refund or reschedule.

This was not just poor service—it was a complete disregard for professionalism, privacy, and basic customer respect.

Dean cleaned our bought building and did a good job. He’s thorough and makes sure you’re satisfied along the way. He’s accommodating with schedule constraints and his job is flawless. The carpet in the house was old so it had limitations but Dean made it look refreshed!

initially, the cost was slightly higher than expected and elias and raymond from pro team carpet cleaning arrived a bit later than scheduled in phoenix. however, i received a personal call from the head of pro team carpet cleaning, who worked with me and raymond to adjust the charges and compensate for their slight delay. i am extremely satisfied with their exceptional customer service in carpet cleaning.

Raymond demonstrated utmost professionalism when we hired Pro Team Carpet Cleaning. He patiently explained his proposed approach for the task, even suggesting some bonus deals to benefit us, and effectively catered to our needs without delay. I called in for a carpet cleaning service in Phoenix and while they were at it, they offered to clean my kitchen tiles, sectional, and area rug. Raymond and Elias took their time, not rushing through the process. They even managed to clean our eight dining chairs and my son's mattress. They were very pleasant and kept me updated on their progress in each area. Their service was impeccable.

i had a service window from 12 to 5 for Pro Team Carpet Cleaning. Around 10, i got a message from Elias asking if he could arrive earlier, which made me really happy. Elias arrived around 11 and cleaned and deodorized my carpets. He was professional and efficient. I would suggest Pro Team Carpet Cleaning to others and will definitely be using their services again in Phoenix.
