I was quoted a price then told a different price upon arrival. When we tried to get in touch with the office to clarify the technician said he would try to contact office, went to truck and drove off without a word. Office never called back so I am glad I didn’t have someone that didn’t want to do my job.

Very pleased with Northside Floor Care. Found them through a Groupon but had to do additional work as we have a very large square footage of slate. Arrived on time, protected areas that could have been damaged by water and even did a return visit at no cost to touch up an area that didn't come out right. Very pleased overall and would highly recommend.
