We have use Evelyns for years and found them professional, quick, thorough and overall incredibly dedicated. We have lived many places and used many housecleaning services. We have used Evelyn’s now through several houses in Phoenix and we love them. They communicate well, clean well, and compared to many other services imbue their teams with a great service culture. Their cost is utterly reasonable and was raised rarely. Highly recommend.

I purchased a house that was supposedly cleaned by this company. I can tell you none of the windows were cleaned, flys and dust left on window sills, toilets not cleaned, calcium stains in toilets, showers had film, water stains, etc...…. Dust left on the furniture, water spots sink spickets, sinks not cleaned, etc...……. I truly have to believe the job was never done the Knight & Day charged the seller close to a thousand dollars to clean whole house. The carpets were supposed to have been shampooed, however I could not find one piece of furniture that was moved. I do not recommend this company; I have to believe they are a scam that charges clients and then does not do the work, especially when the client is out of town. What Knight and Day charged was ridiculous and what I consider a crime for the job they claim they did.

Very disappointed to say the least. We paid to have our house ready to move out. It wasn't cheap! What we ended up with was 2 very inexperienced cleaners. They were at our house for 8hrs and very little was done! Basic things like dusting furniture. They dusted around the items with a swifter.
I can go on and on. The owner reimbursed us very little. Now we have to have this service done a week later by another company!! I would highly recommend that you save your money and use another cleaning service. An expensive lesson.
