The girls who clean my house monthly are very professional and friendly. They do a very good job and always make changes when I ask and they don’t hesitate to do extra jobs when requested. I have a big dog who barks at everyone and is very playful when the girls arrive. They treat her so kindly and are always willing to pet her and they are very respectful. I Recommend Maid Right to anyone looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service.

This is an incredible service. The ladies get paid a partial amount and donate time to help people like me that can't take time to clean, let alone breathe, due to my husband's illness and the full time job it takes to deal with that. The cleaning ladies that came were very professional and were very versed in cleaning products. Thank you for your great service!!!

I've used Maid Right for my vacation rental for a few months now and highly recommend their services. The cleaners are thorough and always leave my home looking spotless. They are communicative, detail oriented, and fairly priced.

Friendly customer service staff from start to finish, spoke with Lindsay, Brenda, and Ashley. The cleaning team did a great job.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of miscommunication throughout the experience. I asked for a printed receipt for our move-out clean, as is required by our landlord, but was told it was not possible. I asked again when the time and date was confirmed and was told they would email a receipt when the payment went through so I could print it out. The payment went through, and I didn't get a receipt. I asked again and was then told I wouldn't get one until the clean was finished.

The cleaning team showed up after 9:30, we paid for an estimated 4 hour clean. They spent 1.5 hours upstairs without doing the floors, then spent another 2.5 hours downstairs + an extra hour doing the floors upstairs and downstairs. We got charged an extra hour, but Ashley met us halfway on the charge.

All in all, it was a positive experience and I would recommend this service because they did a great job. The house was cleaner than the day we rented it.

Currently going through chemo for breast cancer & Maid Right came in to help clean. They did an amazing job. So nice too!!! They were thorough & fast. My home hasn't been THIS clean for months. What a huge help!

I have been very happy with Gloria from Maid Right. She does an excellent job! Maid Right always calls me ahead of time to remind me that Gloria is coming. If that doesn’t work with my schedule, they check to see what other day she can come. I like the stability of having the same person. Gloria knows my house and she knows what needs to be done!

Karina and Marie communicate about every visit. And have always been flexible concerning date changes. They always do a great job and I always feel good about my house after they leave. And most of all they love our dog!!!

I have been using Maid Right for a few months now. The team of two comes every two weeks and does a marvelous job. They handle the things that had become harder for me to do (dusting, tile floors, wood floors). I'm very pleased with the service.

Maid Right was easy to contact Brenda was who I initially spoke with over the phone. She set up a team for me, I made some specific requests and all of them were fulfilled. The team did an amazing job the house smelled and looked so wonderful and fresh and they even got the stains out of the carpet! Ultimately saving me money! Very pleased with the work and punctuality.

Kitchen floor had foot prints from shoes, glass on coffee table not clean and they did not sweep back patio, baseboards dusty

I’ve been using the service for almost a year. So far it’s been okay but could be better. The staff doesn’t focus much on dusting and here in Arizona it’s necessary. The staff is friendly and respectful.

First time using Maid Right and they definitely did a great job. We requested a one time deep clean, and everything was clean as requested. They were accurate in their time estimate and have had good communication. We have used a couple other services and so far Maid Right is at the top.

Maid Right did a great job of cleaning for me! The house looks great, and they are fast and reasonable.

Arrived with no shoe covers (how do you mop a floor in dirty tennis shoes?) or masks. I asked special care to be payed attention to the kitchen, you can see the attached photos, my sink was obviously not touched as there is profuse dirt and stains in it still. My stove was barely cleaned, I had to clean it after with soft soap. They did not vacuum my main room, only mopped so I am picking up multiple fur balls still (from my pets). They didn't vacuum my couch, they just took a paper towel and drew vacuum lines in it (see photo). They then used my microwave to heat up THEIR OWN food which exploded in the cleaned microwave and required them to clean it again. I could of done a better job myself and not for 100$ an hour. There were 4 cleaners here but somehow took over 1.5 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment less than 1000 square feet. I had high hopes based on the other positive reviews and am left soo upset.
