The ladies that cleaned our house (move out services) were professional, friendly, and hard working. They didn't take smoke breaks, drink breaks or any other breaks. I highly recommend them. The price was what we were quoted. There were no hidden charges, no nonsense about what they had to do, and everyone seemed to have a smile on their faces. If we decide to have a company clean our new house on a regular basis Maid Brigade is who we will call.

Service was fine but not worth what you pay. I hire cleaners because I cannot after 4 back surgeries. I keep up during the week but hire cleaners to do the floors and bathrooms. They last few cleanings I have noticed the floors are barely wiped so I called the morning of my most recent clean to request the get the floors good but my camera footage shows they did nothing more than a spot wipe of high traffic areas either dirty bucket water. I noticed a mark on my new bathroom vanity about a month ago when I got home after the cleaners left. It’s very clearly a mark where they squirted cleaner, let it sit too long before wiping it and it etched the surface. My fault for not reporting it immediately, I figured it would get buffed out the next cleaning. It did not. The office tells me their cleaners noticed the spots in more areas around my home and it wasn’t them and they don’t use products that would do that. They should realize people have cameras in their homes. This company is the only company I have used since I remodeled my bathrooms. They are the only ones to use any cleaning products on these surfaces but they dismissed all accountability before their field supervisor even looked. They took the cleaners side over mine without considering another alternative. I have never asked for money off if I wasn’t happy with my clean, never asked for a re-clean, just asked that it be addressed at my next service which was only once in over a year. I made it a point to thank a team if their clean was noticeably outstanding. What did that get me when I have a legitimate issue? “Oh that wasn’t anything our cleaners did. They don’t use products like that.”
It was clear in that moment they weren’t willing to hear my side or consider another alternative. Then has the audacity if they could follow up with me… follow up with what?!? You denied any sliver of responsibility….

My carpet was just filthy - lots of high-traffic dirty areas. Low-and-behold, Sam got it clean! I only have 2 carpeted rooms, so I couldn't take advantage of his "Five Rooms for $80" special, so he only charged me $40 for both rooms! No ridiculous minimum charges! And, since the previous owners who installed the carpet "went cheap", Sam gave me pointers on what to look for in the future when I install my own new carpet, everything from the best type of carpet fiber, to padding, to fiber guard. Thank you, Sam!

We have been using Desert Home Cleaning for our carpet cleaning for over 10 years. Sam has an ad in the mid-week Ahwatukee Foothills News--$80 for 5 rooms. Yes, that is pretty reasonable but he does a terrific job. He is a one-man business so low overhead, I guess. But he makes an appointment and then he gives a courtesy call and then he REALLY does up and REALLY cleans your carpets. He will also help move furniture if needed. Give him a try.

Sam got my carpets all ready to list my Ahwatukee home. He did a great job, would highly recommend!
