Very positive experience overall. The team was on time, efficient, and still very thorough. The work was well done, and the pricing was reasonable.

The only feedback is the arrival window auto message still had an 8 hour window. However, when I called, they were able to narrow it to a 2-hour window, which was helpful.

I would use this service again and recommend them.

The Molly Maids team were on time, thorough and courteous. I had fallen behind on housework needed help. They were available the day after I called and now my home is clean and a calm space for me to rest while I recover.

I love the 2 women who come to my house to help me! They do an amazing job! They are kind and polite and strong and get along well with each other.

You did an excellent deep clean of the bathrooms, cleaned and dusted every surface, including cabinet doors and appliance tops. I recently moved and had service transferred to my new home. Both the move-out cleaning at my old place and move-in cleaning at my new spot was very well done. Team 2 did a great job, they were very thorough and friendly. The office staff is very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend using them for any home cleaning services!

Team 3 does an excellent job. They are reliable , trustworthy , and efficient. My house looks and smells wonderful after they are done! They get finished in quick order . They do not waste their time and yet they are diligent , paying attention to baseboards and windows that get missed by other cleaning services. I highly recommend them

We scheduled a standard clean for our house a couple weeks in advance and the scheduling team was professional. As they said, they called us the day before our cleaning to give us a time-frame of arrival.

Claudia and Susana showed up the day of our cleaning and did an excellent job! They were extremely detail oriented and autonomous. We were able to just relax while they did a thorough job. The time frame and price matched what we discussed earlier on the phone.

We will absolutely call Maid Brigade again for future services!

Susana, Adela and Jose did a fabulous job cleaning my house. I have never had someone come in and clean for me. I am taking care of my 91 year old mom with dementia and have no time to do deep cleaning. My mom is spilling things and has accidents in the bathroom all the time. The three of them were polite, professional and very understanding regarding my mom. I will use them every other week, hopefully they will send Susana, Adela and Jose back to my house. Hopefully I can request them. GREAT JOB and thank you for making my life a lot easier.

3 cleaners that did a terrible job. Didn't mop the floors, broke one of my Harley Davidson miniature models and didn't tell me about it. Broke a shelf in my refrigerator that they did reimbursed me for. Counters weren't cleaned very well. There was food splatter on the wall behind the kitchen sink that wasn't cleaned and the master bathroom floor was left filthy. Smeared bathroom mirror. And $435.00 for leaving my house almost as dirty as it was when they got there. Plus they turned off the security camera that I specifically purchased to watch them. So IMHO DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. 🤬🤬🤬

What an impressive service and cleaning Team 3 provided. Not only were they quick and efficient, but left my house spotless and so very tidy. For several days, I found their unique and cute little touches that added such a nice feeling to my home. Team 1 (Juana and Yolimar) were amazing. My house has never been so clean. I felt bad about all the dog and cat hair. They were awesome and very thorough.

I called The Maid Brigade after having a very disappointing experience with another company. The team showed up to our investment home for a move out detail. They did great, and cleaned everything thoroughly. After that "test" they will be coming to our personal home to clean. Thank you Maid Brigade.

New update 7/12/2024. I have had them coming to my 3bedroom 2 bath 1800 SF home, they have a team of two (they are excellent) and during their last visit they spent 90 minutes cleaning-then charged $290.00! Wow! $290.00! I think that is astronomical-no matter how great the service.
