It's a great pleasure to give this review of Merry maids. We have been with Merry maids for 8 or 9 years and have always been pleased with the service.
But in the last few years we've had the pleasure of having Christina come to our house and we've gotten to the point where we want her every time. She's absolutely flawless and professional. And now lately she's brought Robert with her and he's also a professional and it's perfect to have the two of them.
They're always on time and do a wonderful job. You feel safe with them in your home and that you can go about your business doing other things. Their attitudes are great.
I would highly recommend that you try Merry Maids and you'll be very pleased with them

North Phoenix Merry Maids cleaned our home for the first time today. Thank you Melissa and Jocelyn! You did a wonderful job! I've been burned by another well known company. I paid a high price for substandard work. Merry Maids of North Phoenix lived up to their promise to do a thorough job for what I assume is the going rate. (I have only one professional cleaning to compare them to in quite a few years. They were far and away the superior service). Thanks to Maria for making sure everything went so well! I love when I get to appreciate jobs well done... I will definitely be a regular customer :)

After going through the chaos of replacing all the water pipes in our home, we were left with a huge mess and lots of drywall repairs. It was overwhelming, especially since I work six days a week and could only do so much on my own. My mother-in-law recommended I call Merry Maids—and I’m so glad I did.

They sent Rob and Christy, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. They did a phenomenal job, paying close attention to every little detail. Both my husband and I have OCD, and Rob and Christy made sure everything was put back exactly where it belonged. It’s rare to find people who treat your home with the same care and respect they would their own.

Rob and Christy, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You went above and beyond, and I am truly beyond happy with your work. My husband even asked me if I was happy—I'm more than happy, and it’s all thanks to you both. I'm looking forward to working with you again!

merry maids has quite a few good reviews online. so based off that I decided to use there services. Filled out the information they requested online and after a day or so I received a phone call to schedule a walkthrough through my home. which then she gave me accurate quote for first time deep clean and repeated weekly services. 1st one time fee for deep clean was $1,100 And after that once a week $299 per week. They said if you do a agreement that you will keep us on for 6 months. We will discount $400.00 off the 1st deep clean service at that I said sure we were planning to keep them on board for the long run then she said but if you decide to cancel before the 6 months we will charge your card the $400 for not keeping your agreement. after they did 5 repeated cleanings to my home. I received a call notify me that they needed to increase the weekly payment by $144.00 more which would bring my total to $443.00 a week. they mentioned that their employees were taking way too long to clean my home and due to that that they needed to charge me more money and that if I wasn't OK with the new price then I can go ahead and cancel my service and that they would just charge me the additional $400! to my credit card, for not keeping my agreement. I said but I'm not canceling my agreement you’re forcing me to cancel and the Lady said it works both ways if we cancel or you cancel! don't hire these Marry Clowns to clean your home. they don't honor their own agreement and if they can get more money out of you they will.

I recently moved into a new apartment and, due to health challenges, I fell behind on cleaning. Merry Maids (specifically Maria, and cleaners Martin and Anissa) came to the rescue and turned my apartment from chaos to clean in just one afternoon. This was no small job. We’re talking dust, cat fur, unpacked boxes, and plenty of surfaces begging for attention. They handled it all with professionalism, kindness, and absolutely zero judgment.

I had been so nervous before they arrived, but they immediately put me at ease and made the whole process feel natural. They worked for several hours and left me with a home that feels manageable again, a huge gift after weeks of feeling overwhelmed.

If you’re looking for cleaners who are both thorough and compassionate (with superhero-level dust-fighting skills), I can’t recommend Martin and Anissa enough!

Highly recommend! I got a deep clean and those rooms have never looked better. The cleaner was very courteous, professional, and incredibly detail oriented.

I have nothing but good things to say about Corrina. She was fabulous, kind, personable, punctual, and did a great job. HOWEVER, I cannot say the same about the customer service I received from those I spoke to on the phone. They were impolite, misleading when giving pricing, and very unhelpful when I tried to address an issue, basically negating any responsibility for the miscommunication and misleading nature of their conversation…

Frances did an outstanding job! She was thorough, friendly, and kind throughout her visit. When my mom accidentally fell, Frances immediately stepped in to help with care and compassion. Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out. I would highly recommend Frances to anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful cleaning service.

Merry Maids teams have been cleaning my house for well over a year now and I am always happy to see my house after they are done. More recently I very much appreciated the work of Danielle and Melissa. They were thorough, paid attention to detail and left nothing out. They gave additional attention where needed. I was very pleased with how the house looked when they left.

Absolutely impressed with this service! They arrived on time and went above and beyond what I expected. I am a busy single momma as I recently lost my husband and it was so nice to come home to a clean home from top to bottom. Would recommend merry maids 100%!

Melissa and Danielle were pleasant and thorough - EVERYthing got cleaned in the spaces I'd contracted for. They earned their pay and their tip and then some. I am grateful for the kind service they provided. Mona, Maria, and Janelle were great in the office to coordinate before, during, and after. Thanks for making my place not only habitable but NICE for my sister's visit next week. You would be fortunate to get Danielle and Melissa at your place.

Service: Move-In Cleaning for 1bd/1bath for $190

Booking: easy to book. 5 min call. 30 seconds of that call includes speed speaking through list of what the team will be cleaning. The last 4 minutes the repetition of “NO REFUNDS, WE WILL ONLY COME BACK AND REDO THE CLEANING”. That was the 1st red flag.

After booking I followed up THREE TIMES requesting a checklist of everything that will be cleaned. FYI I have yet to receive that emailed checklist. Outside of that the customer service team was GREAT with communication and follow ups regarding when the team arrived and left. Even accommodated me with timing.

Cleaning Day:
The team arrived at 12pm. I got a text the team was completely done with a move in cleaning at 12:28….. No checklist of what was cleaned in sight. 2nd red flag.

I show up to check things out and they literally just vacuumed the carpet, wiped the front of my appliances, and bathroom knobs/mirror.

I called the customer service team back and expressed my disappointment as well as included pictures. I expected at the very least the inside of my appliances would be cleaned out. I.e. why that checklist would be handy. They proceeded to ask for a list of things I wanted “redone”.

Team showed back up I pointed out “hey here’s dirt in the fridge and freezer so I know it wasn’t cleaned out” she literally took a dry cloth and wiped the one spot and said “okay, what else?”

I believe the team meant well but learned they only show up with disinfectant solution, 4 dry cloths, and a mop bucket.

Summary: If you want a true move in/move out cleaning (where things are CLEANED and disinfected) wouldn’t recommend.
If you want a light wipe or dusting then Molly Maid is what you’re looking for.
