This was the second time we used Kiwi. Both times our carpets looked like new. Just as impressive, both Kiwi technicians were very personable and professional. Kiwi is the only carpet cleaner that will touch the carpets in our Denver home.

Awesome experience! Their service beyond exceeded our expectations! They not only came and picked up our rug but delivered it back to us at no charge. They took great care of our rug and brought it back in the same condition as the day we originally bought it! We are kiwi customers for life!!

I have used Kiwi multiple times for carpet cleaning. They're everything you want in a carpet service. I remain most impressed by the red wine stain they pulled out of my tan carpet in an apartment I was renting that had been there for months. I never expected it to work that well but it did.

I'm giving them a three just because the scheduling was easy and the guy showed up on time. In terms of the carpeting... it literally looks exactly the same. There were a few minor spots I expected to be gone that weren't even any lighter... they were so minor that I got the woolite carpet cleaner out when I got home and they came right out. Also, the high traffic areas still looked the same. These carpets hadn't been cleaned in years so seeing basically no improvement is a shock

I wish I would have been home when they were there because I definitely would have voiced my displeasure before they left. I've had carpets cleaned many times in the past and never have I seen such minimal improvement.

UPDATE: I am changing my rating to a 4. Kiwi's customer service was great, they sent someone else out right away with no questions asked and the carpet looks MUCH better. Thank you!

I have been using Kiwi since 2011 when I bought my current home. They have done the carpet in one bedroom which I buy a warranty for and then I am able to have it cleaned as many times as I want for an extremely inexpensive rate as many times in a year as I want. I have also had my air ducts done, my oriental rugs taken out cleaned and repaired and my area rugs in my master bedroom and dining room cleaned. They are beyond reasonable and helpful in every way. They also run alot of specials so many times you can get two-fors. You can't go wrong with Kiwi.

I highly recommend Kiwi Services for cleaning oriental and woolen area rugs. My experience with them over the years has been excellent. My expensive and cherished rugs have come back smelling clean and fresh, the colors have been lifted up so they appear more vibrant again.

If I could leave a zero or negative star review I would. I would NEVER recommend Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning. I do not understand how a company can expect to clean carpets when all they do is vacuum the room, spray (and I do mean a fine mist, if that) some solution on the surface of the carpet, and they take a buffer and go over the top of the carpet. They rave about it takes no time to dry and the reason for that is because they use absolutely no water, no soap cleaner, nothing but a spray bottle to spray your carpet. As soon as the technician said he was done we felt the carpet and there was no moisture at all. The carpets look exactly the same as before they came, I get that in high traffic areas it won’t look brand new, but it should look like at least something happened. My daughter has glittery things and I can still see glitter in the carpet, that should not be possible when the carpets were just cleaned. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. When we called to express how it appears nothing was done the lady on the phone tried to blame the technician saying maybe he rushed or was inexperienced. Then tried to say well we have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. When asked if the next person would do the same thing how would that make a difference she didn’t have an answer. And then we asked and if we are still not satisfied would we not have to pay, obviously that was a no and if we didn’t pay it would go to collections. So clearly they don’t have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. Like I said please never use this company, you will be highly dissatisfied.

This is our second year using Kiwi and we have had nothing but a good experiences. Their customer service, communication and scheduling were all great. We will definitely continue to use the services provided by Kiwi. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I found Kiwi Svcs online after researching where to get my oriental carpets cleaned as we were moving and determined this would be a good time to get them cleaned. I had 4 rugs cleaned of which 3 were very nice, but one was still not cleaned to my satisfaction. Kiwi responded to my complaint almost immediately - came and picked up the rug and returned it within a week. At pickup and delivery of the 4th rug, the serviceman was extremely polite, professional, patient and thorough in examining the rug. The redo came out excellent so much that I am now entrusting them to do a 5th rug for me. I would recommend this service for any type of area or hall runner rug needing cleaning. They stand behind their guarantee.

I have used Kiwi over the past year. I love the guarantee and agreement to come out anytime in the year to freshen the carpet up. I am all for the "green" chemicals they use, better to breath, better for the my kids and kitty and I think it extends the life of the carpet compared to the water based cleaning. They worked over some very stubborn stains and I was happy with the result.

I have been with Kiwi carpet cleaning for 2 years now and love it. I signed up for their contract and have them out often to clean up my carpets. I will also be renewing my contract for next year. Rebecca who I accidently hung up on called me back and was very pleasant. It's because of people like Rebecca and the techs that come out and clean my carpets who are very friendly and helpful that I will renew for a third year. Keep up the good work...

We have used Kiwi Services three times and each time it was remarkable service. First, scheduling the service is so easy. Second, the technicians come exactly when they schedule. Third, when the technicians are on site, they do the work promptly, efficiently, and with high quality. We will definitely continue to use them for as long as we are located in their service area.

I have been using Kiwi for the last 5 years and always return. You can't beat the one year warranty for $7/room. The carpets are never left soaked (dry within an hour) and the house smells great after they are done.

I have used Kiwi for over 6 years and I love the fact even though my kids trash our carpets monthly, I can have them out often for a low price. They offer a yearly warranty and only charge a small fee to come out anytime during that year, making it affordable to have clean carpets all the time!

They are very accommodating to my schedule, I like the 2 hour arrival time windows, its convenient for me to know I am not waiting all day like with other companies that provide 4 hour windows. They are always on time and the service is quick. The warranty is great for me, a person with pets. On the last visit I didn't have time to vacuum and the representative that arrived offered to take care of it for me before cleaning. The customer service has always been great.

when I called Kiwi to clean my carpets I wasn’t sure how the results would turn out. My carpets were worn and needed to be replaced. I gave Kiwi a shot and couldn’t be happier with the results! My cream carpets were sparkling when the technician left my home. One of the best parts of the service is how fast your carpets dry! Highly recommend Kiwi Services!

There was an initial mix up with scheduling, but the supervisor was so determined to show me that Kiwi cares about their customer service, the trip became complimentary. I was very impressed. The rep showed up at 8:00 am on the dot and was finished cleaning all three rooms in about an hour. He was personable, down to earth, and polite. The rooms looked fantastic, and you cannot beat the one year warranty. I will be using them again in the future.

Fabian is the technician that came out. He arrived during the 2:00pm to 4:00pm window as agreed. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets even with my 14 month old son constantly getting in his way. I'm very pleased with how clean the carpets are now that the work is done. Fabian told us it would take about 1.5 hours for the carpets to completely dry because we used the protectant on it. He also cautioned us on walking on the carpet while it was still moist because it would be slippery.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the work completed and the overall quality. We will definitely use Kiwi Services from now on. It's so nice to work with a company that will do what they say and exceed my expectations.
