This will be my 2nd year I am with Kiwi. I just love their services and 1 year warranty. I have/had puppies and it can be tough potty training them and they will have accidents on my carpet, so I call Kiwi and they come out and clean up the carpet nicely, adding an enzyme product to get the pet stains and odor out, it's like you never had dirty smelly carpet. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Kiwi Services came to my home to clean carpet, an area rug, and two pieces of upholstery. Everything looked great, except the upholstery did not show any improvement. I had planned to just not use them for that service in the future; however, they called and asked if they could come back and try again at no charge. I'm impressed with their dedication to customer service!

We have used Kiwi for several years, and have always been very pleased with their services. They are very prompt, courteous and professional, and would recommend them to everyone. The carpets always look nice, and if needed they have a stain
treatment that works great.

Kiwi was recommended to me a couple of years ago, I keep coming back to them. They are a green company, carpets are not saturated with water and dry within a few minutes. They offer a wonderful warranty (and honor it). I have only experienced professional employees both in person on the telephone.

Kiwi was great! They were professional from the get go. The service representative was on time, clean cut, and didn’t try to sell me on additional products. The product/technique worked as described: stains were removed and carpets smelled good. The best part, unlike traditional methods, the carpets were dry in no time.

Kiwi carpets has professionally cleaned our homes for the last 6 years. They send very professional and considerate employees to our house - who are most careful with our possessions. The scotch guarding service has been a wonderful service ... as when we have “accidents” they’re quick to come back and make it all magically appear under their wonderful warranty program!

I've been using Kiwi Services exclusively for most of the time that I've lived in my home. They are professional, friendly, efficient and very fairly priced. They not only take care of my carpet, but also my furniture. Can't imagine going anywhere else and getting the service and the pricing that I get with Kiwi. I highly recommend their services.

Kiwi was very responsive- provided great detail of what they would do. once the tech arrived, he explained in more detail. very courteous and efficient. I had them clean the carpets of my home I just sold - and now am having them come back and "re do" another company's work at my new home that the seller chose to utilize. recommend them every time.

Kiwi cleaned my carpets and did an excellent job that is why I am using them again for the whole house. It was nice having the one year guarantee and made the second cleaning less expensive. Abe was my technician and I felt comfortable while he was in my home. I would recommend Kiwi to anyone looking for excellent service and a company that stands behind their work.

I've been very pleased with Kiwi. They are affordable, good a good job, (are friendly to my dog), and the carpets dry quickly. I used them a few times (initially and with the warranty cleaning), but then switched to someone else because it was free through my apartment complex when I renewed my lease. They were ok, but my biggest complaint was they left the carpet super wet and it took over a day to fully dry. Now, I'm back to Kiwi.

I used Kiwi Service to clean the carpets in the house that we were moving out of. I was really surprised that the carpets looked better than when we had moved in four years earlier. I kept their number and when I decided to get the carpets cleaned at our new home they were the ones I called. The results are great and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Kiwi Services did a fabulous job! Not only did my carpets look and smell great, the price was right and locked in for a year. I like that option! I also really enjoy speaking with their customer service personal, they are most friendly, personal, and professional. :)

I love Kiwi Services, I've been using them for years. They are honest and reliable people. The one year warranty is too hard to beat with other vendors. They always get stains out and the carpet looks nice and new for a while after the service.

I have used this company before and the service is still great!!!! The technician was courteous and friendly and on time. The carpet was cleaned and was dry in many of the rooms before the tech left. Big kudos to Kiwi.I have had companies in the past that leave the carpet so wet it takes 2 days to dry.

I own 5 vacation rentals across the country and use Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. This is a 5 star company all the way. Great customer service and communication all reasonably priced. The techs have always been on time and have done a great job cleaning up before the leave. My only regret is there aren’t more Kiwi Service locations close to my other properties.

I have used Kiwi since I bought my house in 2009 and have been happy with their services ever since! Not only do they do a great job cleaning my carpets, (after my 4 kids and 2 pets have destroyed them) but they are extremely affordable and their warranty is the best! I can call them anytime to schedule and they usually can get in within 24 hours if needed. I highly recommend KIWI services!!

Kiwi cleaned my carpets and did an excellent job! Im going to scheduled my tile and grout next. They provided a 1 year warranty on my carpets. Edgar was my technician and I felt comfortable while he was in my home. He was professional and courteous. I'd definitely recommend!

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Kiwi. The technicians arrived on time, explained the cleaning options and process to me. They were finished in an hour and I was amazed that my carpet was actually dried in an hour which allowed me to get on with my day's activities. I was very pleased with the result and I love that I can call anytime within a year and get my rooms cleaned again at an extremely modest price. I definitely will be recommending Kiwi to my friends.

My experience with Kiwi Services to this point has been GREAT! The gentleman who came to my home to give me estimates was very helpful and very nice. -- Even though I decided at that time not to take advantage of the Kiwi services they didn't forget me. So after I had done more investigation I called them back. I believe they have the best type of carpet cleaning that will not soak and ruin my carpet and pad; and the cleaner they use is non-toxic, which is very important to me, since I'm very chemically sensitive. I decided they are the company I want in our home... and my parents also. I am especially impressed with the 30-day free come back and a one-full year warranty for a job over $88. They also move furniture up to 75# on the first cleaning. I haven't found other companies that will do this. -- Thank you Rachel and Elizabeth for your help. I'm excited to have my whole home done!

I have had very good service from Kiwi overall. Most of the time,my carpets have been very well cleaned, smell fresh and dried quite rapidly. The few time that I have had problems with a service call, my problems have been corrected very rapidly and courteously. The service men are usually prompt and very thorough. I have several small dogs that don't always like to go outside to relieve themselves. Kiwi has been very good at removing the stains and odor. I would recommend them to my friends and relatives The yearly contract service is an extremely good value

I have been using KIWI since 2016. It is easy to make an appointment and the staff making the appointment is great: their customer service is the best in this new world; you don't get good customer service anymore. I am a senior and I expect great customer service. I felt like I knew the lady that arranged my carpet cleaning. We laughed and shared life experiences. I have had 2 of the best carpet technicians. One has moved on- Felix, and Robert is just as good, however, Robert is in management but when I requested him, he came. If you are not happy with the job done on your carpet, they will fix it. They won't make you feel as if you are asking for too much or just complaining. They do great follow up via phone. The warranty they offer is the best I have ever heard of and it is for a year. If you want a good carpet cleaning from a great company, with real people, this is the company to use-KIWI. I want to just thank all the people I have come in contact with at KIWI.
