Island time has always been a really good & honest company for me. I would highly recommned!

Awefull service. Lied about their quotes then after I cancelled their service because they didn’t do anything. They hit me with a larger bill.

Don’t use this company you won’t be happy. There is a reason why they are still accepting customer.

I have used Island Time Pools to service two different pools over the past 8 years and they are always professional and efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough for either weekly pools service or their service technicians.

I have been with this company for a while and they are amazing. Loriann and Sarah are always so helpful when we call the office! And Joey is always so quick on our repairs needed!

Can you tell me what the point is of driving 2 inches from everyone’s bumper changing lanes like you think you’re on a race track only to end up stopping at the next red light with everyone else. You’re in a commercial vehicle with a phone number and name on it. Think you would set an example for the rest of us, driving down Thunderbird this morning at 6:30 doing 70 miles an hour trying to find out if you can cause an accident! This has to be the worst display of driver etiquette. I can only imagine what it’s like to do business with you, having such disregard for others safety on the road!

Not only did they finally admit that the pool maintenance person did not come at least 3 times, they refused to refund us for the times he didn't show. They nickel and dime you to death by making you supply the chlorine, adding a fuel surcharge, additional chemicals, and they are not consistent. We are family who own a vacation home in Scottsdale and don't like being ripped off. There is too much competition to be picking this company as your pool service provider!

After 3 companies highly recommended pushed me aside these folks actually showed up and did a fantastic job!!! Abraham did an amazing job job. Thank you!!

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THAT ISLAND TIME POOL SERVICES IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THEY NEVER SHOW UP. WHEN THEY DO THEY SEND PEOPLE THAT DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND LEAVE MORE OF A MESS THAN WHEN THEY SHOWED UP. I CANCELLED THEIR SERVICE 3 MONTHS AGO AND THEY JUST CHARGED ME A CANCELLATION CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

Island Time took care of my pool once a week for the last 3 years. They were dependable, showed up every week, addressed our concerns in a timely manner, and above all: they were professional. I would highly recommend them for your pool service needs in the PHX area.

These guys were good for awhile. Then they started having high turnover and were sending different pool guys to my house every week. They were supposed to take care of a fountain and they burned out 2 pumps by turning them off walking away and the timer kicked back on and the pump was not primed and they BURNED OUT 2 PUMPS! i paid for the first one and let them know then they did it again and I asked them to pay for it AND THEY REFUSED. Bad business practice. I had to call them several weeks in a row because they wouldn't show to clean my pool and my fountain stayed dirty. Do not do business with these guys. They have seriously gone downhill.

These guys were servicing my pool with a previous owner prior to me moving in and then offered a two week free service. I ended up testing the water with test strips and it showed that the chlorine was all out of range. I took a sample over to a pool service shop and they informed me that my chlorine was over 24 and my stabilizer was 165. I called multiple times trying to get an explanation from Island time pool service and for them to correct what they messed up but they took no responsibility. Beware of this company!!

We have been using Island Time Pool Services for several months now. They were able in a few short weeks to get our not so clear pool to stunning and swim-ready! The office staff was great to work with in establishing our service, and our maintenance tech has been reliable for each service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!! I used this company for 3 weeks for pool maintenance before I cancelled due to errors in their billing system. They have major issues with their accounting systems. Even their pool serviceman admitted to me that they cannot get their "books" right.
When you try to call to speak with someone to correct their errors, they never return calls or address the issues.

Island Time Pool Service replaced a gasket in April on my Pentair pool pump with a 90 day warranty. I reached back out to Island Time in October as the gasket seemed to have a small leak. Scott responded the same day and came out to the property the next day. Scott replaced the gasket for free. Amazing service. Highly recommend. Very professional.

Not a fan. Just cancelled my services today. Was using them for two properties I owned on referral from previous property owner. First, on one of my properties the person who cleaned the pool was doing a poor job of actually cleaning the pool. Had to go out and tell him to do a better job of cleaning up the obvious debris in the pool and spa. Tried to make up excuses on it being "staining". Pretty sure I know what my pool looks like when it's clean vs. being lazy and rushing a job. Even more of a concern was the sheer amount of chemicals they used in my two small play pools each and every week. The cost of chemicals per month were just as much as the cost of servicing the pools each week. So my monthly cost of services were doubled based on this fact. And it never leveled out to a reasonable cost of chemicals. In reading reviews it seems that this may be a common practice. Definitely think in reading their recent reviews that they should reconsider some of their business practices and address the issues that clients are pointing out to them. Would not recommend.

The only positive thing I would say is their front end girls who answer their phones have always been friendly, polite, and helpful. But unfortunately, that doesn't fix the issues in using this company.

Sad to report a two-star rating. They serviced my pool for almost three years but the last year has been horrible. Stay with me ....

Last summer I could barely swim in the pool. It looked clean but as soon as you stepped in it, a bunch of debris kicked up. My Polaris cleaner wasn't working well either and I would call and mention it over and over again. Each time they would send someone (multiple people) to look at. They would take it back to the shop and bring it back, only for it to still not work. I complained numerous times that the person that comes back with the cleaner should stay long enough to watch and make sure it works. They would just put it back on and see that it moves and leave. Finally, after I don't even know how many times of this, someone did diagnosis that it was clogged. But now guess what, beginning of this season, not working again and I asked someone to come out and they did the same thing. It was erratically moving around in the pool not doing anything. That was the one that was the end for me.

But now I have even more issues. See the pictures. The pictures of the cloudy water (when stirred up) and marks in the pool after the last service. These three pictures were taken 4/14 which is the Sunday after the Friday service (4/12) which was the last one. Clearly there is something wrong with the pool and the technician doesn't notice? More on that. I hired a new company and they noticed something was wrong with the filter when they tried to vacuum. The other two pictures are pictures of the filter after he took it apart. Clearly there is problem. The filter was cleaned in Feb and after the cleaning I called to complain because it was leaking. They sent someone out and supposedly he fixed the leak but obviously something else was wrong. Like the technician did not put this back together properly. The last picture is my finger showing the "dust" gathered after the pool has been drained. You see how much dust is in the pool. This is three weeks after their last service. And this much dust has gathered because the filter has not been doing its job since the "cleaning" in Feb.

Let's talk about the technician. He's always on his phone when he comes. Always, I watch him. He's left the fountain in the back drain mode and then left my house leaving it in service mode. Luckily I am home and whenever he left, I always double check everything. If I wasn't home, that fountain would have ran for 3 hours with no water. Who knows if the pump (which is about a year old) would have gave out. He's left the electrical boxes for the pool equipment wide open - not closing them or locking them. He's left debris from emptying the cleaner on the edge of the pool.

Finally, I called to ask that I be refunded the amount I paid in Feb to clean the filter as clearly they created a mess for me. Also let me note that I paid for service through 4/19 so technically they owe me $30 for a week that they did not service my pool. Needless to say, I was met with resistance. I understand wanting to see pictures but the attitude was clear that he was not going to do anything. And this is very sad that this is how you treat a past customer that was with you for almost 3 years. If I was a customer that had just started with you and was calling for a refund, I could understand that, but I was an on-time paying customer for almost 3 years. Disappointing.

On the plus side, I think I'm going to have a pool that I will enjoy this summer with the new company I have hired.

Average service and no followup. Pool guy didn’t show up for 2 weeks. Supposed

weekly. When i brought it to there attention they apologized right away saying they fired my pool guy as they found out he had not been to several
pools etc… They sent someone out to clean it as it turned yellow. They later billed me to correct
the pool. When I inquired the Owner/Supervisor Joey claimed they had no record of this and as far as there concerned there guy never missed a week. My pool just got yellow in one
week lol! Total flip flop. Run from this company as fast as you can. Unethical.

Read other reviews. We had similar issues with techs being apathetic, not trained, and loud on their phone. Would not recommend this company. They have definitely changed and are struggling to manage and keep their employees.

Incredibly satisfied with the communication and timely service from these guys. They provide free estimates and always provided detailed feedback on the work needed and are always available for additional questions. I have used them over the last 5 years and would highly recommend them.
