Skyland did a great job. I am a house manager and needed some carpet cleaning because some guests did some real damage that included very strong odors. I honestly was afraid it would need to be replaced but he made it like new. There also were some stains that the last carpet cleaner company did not get out but he did. He was very informative and walked me through the process and every option. He also told me of other cleaning services he does, which are many. I will definitely use him again

Great service! They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, grout, and air ducts. I had just bought a new house and the carpets were in rough shape, so I needed everything done fast before moving in. They came out right away, the pricing was very competitive, and the results exceeded my expectations. Skyland made sure everything was perfect and even came back to handle a stubborn room. Skyland is so thorough and brought back to life some old, stained carpets that also needed stretching. They look so great now! And reasonable prices to boot! I’ll definitely be using him again!

Skyland and the team were professional, courteous, great at communicating, and did a superb job with our recent couch cleaning.

We spoke on a weekend, set up a time for the job, he called the day before (like he said he would) to confirm the appointment, and texted the morning of to let me know he was on his way.

During our initial call he gave me a price per linear foot and didn't deviate from that number when he got here.

We appreciated Skyland's transparency and attention to detail when the job was finished.

Great service and experience. We have had these two couches for over 2 years and they have endured some wear with the time and the dogs. Skyland provided a great service at a great price for both large couches and cushions. He was very communicative leading up to the appointment.

We purchased a new Beefeater BBQ from BBQ rescue last year.
After being away from our home for a year our BBQ would not work. One call to Ted and on a courtesy call he came out and cleaned the gas valves that had become plugged with some insect webbing. We were told that this is common here on grills that remain unused for long periods of time.

Highly recommend. Met with the owner Ted who recommended the ultrasonic "chemical free" cleaning of the grates, heat plates & burners ... he then sent out his technician Juan to clean our fire box onsite. Juan is personable, professional, takes his time and did a great good. Will have this type of cleaning done every 2/3 months, then when necessary we will use Barbecue Rescue 911 to do a "restoration". Go ahead and give them a call.

Ted did an incredible job getting my grill back up and running. He was able to fix the igniters and make the repairs to get the grill back to factory-new condition. He even went above and beyond, hand painting the Thermador logo that’s had faded with time. Highly recommended!

I was ready to throw out my BBQ grill. A friend recommended me to bbqrescue911, and oh was I glad he did! Ted restored my grill, which was in horrible shape. Dirty, Rusted, broken knobs, broken parts, at a reasonable price, much less than it would have cost me to replace it. My grill is like brand new again! Thank you so much Ted!
