Left me and my family without working A/C for the entire summer in Arizona (note I have epileptic dog with frequent seizures). Used through the warranty company that keeps claiming that AMS failed to provide them with required documentation. If I could give zero stars, trust me, I would. No contact since 07/15 regarding the repairs under the warranty. They sure tried to sell me the new unit though. They found time for this. Unethical and unacceptable service. I just sent the notice of dispute to the warranty company. Do not forget to check the other website reviews to get the picture.
The service guy Todd was nice - that's all I have to say. Unfortunately, I lost my patience.
Just for the company reference: Dispatch: #452590348IN RESPONSE TO AMS: First of all, it is the violation of privacy right to share my full name when I clearly wanted to stay anonymous. 2nd of all, you guys never contacted me to inform me about what's going on. Next, I contacted the warranty company that informed me that you guys failed to provide them with information. I explained the situation clearly. I am not sure why I was put in the middle of this if it was the communication between you two. The Customer is supposed to resolve such problems as info submission to warranty company? I have records of chat with warranty company showing that you failed to respond or even answer the phone. Stop lying! Todd was fully aware A/C was not working and told us to turn it off completely. How is this not a failure?
to AMS: Who was inititating the contact? It was me and me only - yes, out of curiosity - I wanted to know the price but after that, I chatted with warranty company and they said you failed to submit the info. I posted the dispatch number so that you know it is not fake as you like claiming on google, not my name! It is the violation of my privacy rights and be sure, I will not leave it alone. To set the facts straight:
- Todd came, replaced one part but A/C was not working. He said that the coil needs to be replaced and he would submit the info to the warranty company. He advised us to turn off the A/C.
- I received the email from warranty that they are processing the claim. There was no other communication from warranty company.
- I contacted you guys to see what is going on and you told me to contact the warranty to send someone else to give access - which I DID. At this time, they advised me that they are missing the information from you guys.
- I asked you guys the quote to fix it on my own to save time - you gave it to me and I said ok. Let's schedule.
- No further contact
-I am calling you again and was advised by the Sales guy that the quote is invalid????>?!!!!!! And then we discussed the unit replacement and yes, I got the quote. Initially, I agreed to it and even took first steps.
- No contact from you guys - I guess you do not want any money.
- Ok, I cancelled the order and decide to contact the warranty company again - this time through chat to record this conversation.
- They admitted they are still missing information, were unsuccessful to contact you guys. Again, this is based on what I received from them.
- You guys never informed me that it would take forever apparently and that you were not planning to do the service for them or never advised me to do anything. The only contact from you when you were trying to sell me the unit. Every time, I asked about the claim and you guys never knew anything.to AMS: Harassment or Doxxing:
A business owner posting your full name in a review reply could be a privacy violation and considered doxxing, especially if it appears to be an intimidation tactic, according to a Google Help thread.
Whether you agree or not, every person has the right to express their opinion without being insulted or harassed. It says a lot about you and your business. Frankly, never seen the response like this from any business. Wish you the best of luck
Also, you are violating your own privacy policy published on YOUR website.
Once again - it is my right to express my opinion and I stick to it. -

I can’t emphasize enough how incredible this team is! Besides doing top quality work, they genuinely care about their customers. We had them help with our old AC units, then replace them with two new units and they have even come back to help with a thermostat issue - they didn’t even charge for two of the visits; they just wanted to make sure things were right and safe. I can’t say enough about the quality and customer focused approach! Highly recommend them!
