Units work better than expected in San Diego where we have moderate humidity levels in the hot months. Wish they were easier to regulate though. When the ambient humidity levels are high they shed water into the duct system, when the ambient humidity levels are low they dry up and stop cooling. These changes occur daily in San Diego so the units require constant monitoring. Otherwise they work great.

Over 20 years ago we built a catering company for my brother. Entrees Unlimited in San Jose. Since it was for my brother we looked very hard at buying the best equipment we could. We purchased 3 units from Premier and could have not been happier. 20 years later only changed the media 1 time. We rarely service these never lost a motor, no leaks, wipe these down and they still look new! How can you beat Stainless Steel? These are used 6 days a week 10 hrs a day. Never had to add air conditioning in our food prep rooms, saved us $$$$. We install about 20 evap. coolers a year. I try to convince every customer to spend the extra money now as they save big time over the long run. Unfortunately most are what we call penny smart and dollar foolish. Don't be one of those as most evap. coolers start falling apart, rusting after a short few years. Can not recommend Premier Ind. enough. Pat Carlino, Project Manager,

Premier did the first of my 5 evaporative coolers 7 years ago. They have are fast, efficient and very responsive whenever there is an issue. Their coolers are made from stainless steel - so no rusting out, ever. Their technical support is excellent. Prompt and always on point.

My first experience with Premier Industries is why I will always be a supporter of there's .I first made contact with PI wanting information on there Industrial Coolers. I got a phone # off one of there Coolers I called and was blown away first off the person that answered, answered all my questions then asked me a few things. 2-days later I had Quote on 2-semi custom Stainless Steel Industrial Coolers that I asked for and along with it was every bit of information about the Unit,and on top of that was a second quote for 2 -Cooler he had designed base on the conversation we had on the phone complete with every bit of info you could ever need his design cost less to buy and was more efficient all around better fit more options with controls. When I received e-mail from Premier I was stunned the person that answered phone the person had been helping from phone call to design and still years later is the President of Premier Industries I have been in the HVAC business for 40 years started 1981 Dec. and trust me this company is first class from the top down.

This was by far the easiest phone call I have ever made regarding my roof top water cooler. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and helped me to find all the part numbers I needed to get my cooler up and running for the summer. He was quick and explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand. Your customer service is superb!! This is a product that has an excellent design and superior manufacturing. Proudly made in the USA. Their coolers are user serviceable and work very efficiently, reducing your water and electric power consumption. Their coolers are well thought out and designed to go the distance. My kids will be inheriting the house with an bomb proof cooling system. Check them out.

My 21 year MasterCool finally had the wet section rust through! I found that Premier Industries made a stainless replacement, and I went with their wet section, and, at this point, could not be more pleased!! Great looking product and performs well!!
