Excellent for big orders

Don't waist your time they tried to take advantage of my sister who is on disability she went to Ferguson to buy a control board for her ac unit she gave them the model product and serial number only to find it was not compatible with her unit she paid 170$ for it she took it back and they refused to refund her money because it "was used" it wouldn't fit so never was used it wasn't her fault they sold her the wrong part . It took 20 minutes arguing with a manager to finally get her refund . I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them poor customer service. High prices. Found the OEM board at supplyhouse.com with next day shipping for a 100$

I am a home owner and trying to slove a AC duct puzzle. The front desk associate was not friendly and had no to care to help me with product selection and basically handed me a 500 page item catalog. I then asked to speak with someone who could advise me and she (front desk associate) said “everyone is to busy”. Worst experience ever.... would not recommend this business

I have been a contractor for over 40 years this place used to be great when it was web, you could never find a parking space now you could shoot a cannon thru the place and not hit anyone. Horrible service and the prices have gone crazy. I have found better prices for the same products at the big box stores.

Drove 25 mins for a capacitor just to be told it won't be sold to me because I'm not part of the A/C theft clan. In other words they don't sell to the public or handy man just trying to get by. Avoid this place and order it online. Worth the wait than to go see a miserable old man working his 9 to 5 waiting to clock out. Hope they pay him enough.

Drove 30 minutes after being told over the phone a mini split line set was in stock and the price over the phone. Show up and it's over double the price and not in stock. Not to mention when I ask your front desk guy "hey what's this price change about"? His response is "my price is the price, you want it or not?" Not with that attitude buddy. I'll take my business to Amazon.

The worst customer service . No effort of looking or trying to find a solution what so ever.

Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. They did not have a part a need, but referred another place. Which was very kind of the staff member.

Taking forever when you pick up an order specially on the back of the building almost every single time 20 to 40 minutes of wait time 😡

They couldn't help at this location and referred me to one of there main plumbing locations! But I was very satisfied with the information I received. Very friendly and helpful.

Best place to shop. They helped me in every way the could to get my parts for my projects. Can’t be more grateful for this place. They amazing people. Good vibes.
