Brought in a car with A/C related problems. Was originally told 1-2 hour for diagnosis. Called 6 hours later was told 2 more hours were needed. 9 hours later nobody could figure out what was wrong with it and I just picked the car back up to take home. Whoever worked on the car damaged the wiring insulation very badly. I know this to be fact because I worked on the same wires they did the day prior. Some of the wires were taped up, albeit poorly. Other wires were left bare and in very close proximity to the vehicles ground. They left a 30 amp fuse on a 25amp circuit, thereby increasing the risk of a wiring related fire.

I understand wires will sometimes need to be probed but this is not the way to do it. Nor is this an acceptable way to leave a customers car. I had to repair "their work" at home and ultimately managed to diagnose and fix the original issue myself. The owner of the business with "30 years experience", or whoever I spoke with, was very friendly. As was the receptionist but thats where the positive review ends. Although the free diagnosis was appreciated, I would not be likely to bring my car back in or recommend this shop to anyone even with that.

Excellent service, they had my car blowing ice cold within 20minutes. Truly experienced people and know exactly what they are doing! 100% recommend this spot!
