Ideal Air came to my house today to do an evaluation and general maintenance on my AC before the warmer weather comes. I have nothing but good things to say. The technician Daniel went above and beyond to explain everything to me and explain my AC system to me while also showing me how to make sure stays operating at it's best. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my house. There is not more you can ask for in a company.

It was easy to make an appointment. They sent us a photo of our scheduled technician and the expected arrival time. Our technician, Daniel, arrived on time. He was professional, knows what he is doing, and cares about the quality of what he does. He answered questions, provided options, and is just a good guy. We will request to work with him here on out. Kudos Daniel!

After realizing our 20+ yr old split HVAC system was finally starting to fail us and was not worthy of the high repair bill we were quoted we started shopping around for a new unit and eventually met with about 6 different companies for estimates. Ideal Air was one of the first companies we met with due to their exemplary reviews and their rep Ryan came and answered all our questions and laid out the options based on our parameters budget etc. He was very informative and knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of good information and was very accessible through out the process. At no point did we have anyone apply pressure or scare tactics to entice us. After meeting with all the other various reps we ended up going back to Ideal Air as they had the best combination of price and brands that we wanted as well as experience and knowledge, the fact that they are locally owned and run is also a plus. The installers arrived at 0700 on the agreed upon day and were done installing everything around 3p that same day. This crew was professional and efficient and everything was completed as expected and the clean up was thorough. We had some minor issues with the thermostat settings the first couple days but we were able to resolve the matter with a phone call with one of their techs. Their office staff has been responsive and pleasant during all our interactions and I have already recommended them to a couple of acquaintances. We are thrilled with our new AC as the improved comfort level and reduced noise levels are already very apparent.

I had a great experience with this company! We had a LOT of work done at our house to reinsulate our house, correct duct work issues, and correct some issues with our AC air handler setup. All of the workers I spoke with were pleasant and informative when answering all the questions I had. The team worked efficiently and finished the project in two days, as they originally quoted. Communications with the main office were always pleasant and easy. Since the work has been completed, I have noticed an immediate improvement in the performance of my home's ability to stay cool, even in the hot 115° AZ weather. The ductwork functions much better now and the airflow feels much stronger than it used to be at the vents.

I met the team from IDEAL at the Phoenix Home Show and scheduled a tune-up for my A/C units. Matt addressed some issues in our new home and we hired him to make the fixes so our units ran more efficiently.

I’ve got to say - Matt and everyone in this company truly care about their customers and they go the extra mile to help us.

The phone communications I’ve had with Elaine were great (she’s very empathetic), and Brian came out to do an energy audit and helped my husband and I see where we could save money if some changes were made.

Overall, I would definitely recommend IDEAL to anyone who lives in the area and needs a heating and air conditioning company they can trust. I’m so happy I found them!

I actually googled Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation as a second bid. I had a Mitsubishi Mini / Split in my 2 car garage in Desert Ridge house. I wanted the same installed in our new house in Cave Creek 2 car garage/ 1 car garage before moving in. My first bid was the company that installed the Mitsubishi, but now wanted to install a Trane Mini/ Split ( was low-balled--extremely low price). Ideal Electric company sent Ryan Tracey ( engineer- efficiency expert ) out to survey garages at the new house. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Later that day we decided to go with Ideal. After signing a contract, we were quickly contacted by their office personnel Elaine Reid. We decided to have Ideal install two 1 ton Mitsubishi Mini/ Splits. Excellent choice and quality ( installed June, 2025). Eric, Mike, and Jamie his team did a great job installing our 1 ton Mitsubishi. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. They installed two wall quality units on June16,2025 at a fair price. Excellent communication before, during, and after installation. Unusual occurrence one Mini /Split remote ( brand new ) did not work effectively. No hassles. They replaced it with a new one and personally delivered it to my house a month later. I would highly recommended Ideal Air Conditioning to anyone needing a new A/C unit.

I recently had Ideal Air Conditioning & Insulation replace my AC system and add ductwork. The installation crew did a fantastic job — they were thorough, professional, and clearly skilled. The new return they installed greatly improved static pressure, and the system now operates much more efficiently. Their pricing was competitive compared to other bids I received, and they offered a strong overall value for the work performed.

That said, I did run into a few bumps during the process. Coordinating with my home warranty company proved difficult — Ideal did provide diagnostic information, but follow-through on some requests and communication around those requests could have been smoother. On one of my early calls, the person who answered sounded a bit annoyed, and on subsequent calls I’ve occasionally felt like my call might be inconveniencing them. Also, while their website lists “24-hour service,” it’s not obvious that this is meant for emergency situations only, and their standard business hours aren’t made clear online.

Overall, though, I’m happy with the quality of the installation and the results. I’m confident the improvements will pay off in comfort and performance, and I appreciate the team’s skill and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Ideal Air and was fortunate to have David C as my technician. David was honest, professional, and clearly knows his trade inside and out. What I appreciated most was his transparency. He didn't just tell me what was wrong he showed pictures and explained everything to me. I never felt pressured to fix anything which is rare in this industry. It was a very refreshing experience to work with someone knowledgeable and straightforward.

The treatment we receive at any of the Heating and Cooling locations is always outstanding and is unmatched in the Valley.

This sure has increasingly gotten worse. On hold for 25minuets in the slow winter season. Drive down there and they (front counter Asian girl and Mexican dude) they wouldn’t give me their names are just sitting down laughing having a good time!! And when I told them about the phone they both started to laugh with dumb founded faces. Nellie’s to say I’ll be taking my business else where in the future.

Just want to thank Heating and Cooling Supply and Stacey for helping us process a warranty for one of our customers. It was a unique situation and they really came through for us. Just wanted to give them a shout out for standing behind there products. Thank you all very much.

My 2014 Honda Accord EX-L needed a new alternator; and of course, Bell Honda came up with an obnoxious price of $1,365(tax included) without giving any explanation of why it cost so much. Thankfully, my coworker advised me to go to INTEGRITY A/C AUTO since he was familiar with their quality of work.
The auto shop is right on 35th ave, along the way of many other auto shops. Javier and his boys get right to work while you wait in their comfy, ice-cool seating area watching Netflix.
I brought my car in once they opened and it took about 2hrs. Javier explained to me all the work he did on my car. Everything was in order and I went on my way.

I took a car in on Sunday because the AC died. Javier was friendly, explained the process and gave me a very reasonable quote. Javier was professional and completed the service in a timely manner. AC was blowing amazing after the work was completed. Definitely will be back!

A/C was blowing warm air, looked online and googled free ac test for autos near me. Integrity was among many that popped up but was the only 1 near me open on Sunday. Just like all the other reviews mine will be no different the name says it all. Honest, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Did a full inspection turned out just needed to serviced was done in 30 minutes. GREAT PLACE!!!

I went to 2 other auto shops before I came here. Nobody really knew what the issue was with my car A/C. Rafa was awesome. He got my A/C issue repaired quickly and it was also inexpensive.

Fast, Great Service! Very reasonable. They honor their word. Can't ask for better respectable mechanics. Ask for Raphael, he's easy to talk to, great recommendations. Wish I found this place years ago.
