We purchased our A/C split system a few years ago with Goettl. We had few hiccups with the system from the beginning but Goettl warranty and friendly staff always made it right. Recently, our system was cleaned and got summer ready by another friendly and extremely knowledgeable technician - Andrew Gonzalez. Great work, Andrew and all Goettl staff!

Christian from Goettle came out for my bi-annual A/C evaluation and service. He conducted a thorough evaluation of the system and explained my system in detail. He made a couple recommendations, refilled the coolant (paid service), and cleaned the outdoor unit. Christian is a professional and I’d be very happy to welcome him back for future service needs. Thanks again Christian and Goettl team!

Please, please be aware of this company. They sold my 78 year old grandma who lives in a 1200 sqft mobile home, an $18,870 AC unit. Total exploitation of the elderly. Also, be aware because they operate under different LLCs that DBA Goettl so they can avoid being sued under their main name. Extremely sketchy company! I will be contacting the BBB as well as posting all over social media about the exploitation and the astronomical price they chose to charge my grandma. Took pictures of the unit and looked it up online, it’s a $5k unit. I understand markup and “labor” … but explain to me how your markup is over $13k with labor. Absolute robbery! They also use a sketchy financing system so again, be aware of that!! Also, note that they had my grandma finance the unit for FIFTEEN YEARS but the warranty is only for 10 years …..

I had the best experience with Goettl. First of all, it seemed like Deano Valdez showed up within an hour of me calling.
Deano was one of those people that when you meet him, you just trust everything he's telling you.
I had another company out this morning and was quoted $7,886.00 for what we wanted him to do.
I was going to get 3 quotes and then choose.
Dean looked at the unit outside and in the attic. The other company didn't look inside and that's where Deano found the problem.
He quoted us $2,400.00 and we went with him. He stayed here until he had our a/c up and running great!
We are so happy and we will definitely be calling Goettl for any future needs and hopefully Deano will be our man.

Very pleased with our services. I was able to get a same-day plumbing repair appointment. Aaron came out and gave us a very detailed estimate of cost for the items that needed to be addressed and was able to complete the work the same day. The scheduling system was simple and communication letting us know when he was on the way was excellent.

I have been having hvac issues since I purchased my home back in summer of 2025. I went through 3 other companies & they were not able to figure out what was going with our AC system. All 3 companies mentioned different issues with our unit/duct system. Last night, I called a friend of mine & he recommended to call Goettl. Around 9pm, I called goettl & they were able to schedule me an appointment for the next morning.

Our tech, Deano V., was at our house at 9am. I was able to explain to him what the issues we had going on for the past couple of months. He was very knowledgeable & walked us through the steps on what needed to be done. In a matter of 2 hrs, he had our ac back up & running & was even able to fix the other issues that the other companies weren’t able to.
I am very happy & satisfied with his work and professionalism! I would recommend Goettl to any one who is having HVAC issues!

Andrew Gonzales came to assess our HVAC system and provide replacement options. His assessment was thorough and he took time to explain everything being proposed in great detail. I felt much more informed about potential options for our new system after meeting with him. The level of detail inspired great confidence in his work and the level of service that Goettl provides.

Chris Emard was fantastic! He checked out our water heater that was giving us problems and was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire visit. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Great service from start to finish — highly recommend Chris and Goettl!

As always, these guys were amazing! After an unfortunate event of a car going through our wall & hitting our ac, they were here within an hr from my call! These guy's are fantastic!

Jarrett came out to evaluate our 16 year old systems (2). He checked outside and the Attic, took a ton of pictures, explained all good and bad with what we were experiencing. Jarrett, was extremely professional and easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend Goettl. Just to note Noah was awesome too!

Brayan, Jorge, Rick and Nick came out and installed a 3 ton and 4 ton AC units. They were timely, professional, clean, knowledgeable and took their ti.e to do it right. Super happy!

Tim D also came out and installed a tamkless hot water heater with a recurrculating pump. He was also timely, professional, clean, knowledgeable and was very meticulous. Beyond Super happy!

I just had a new a/c system installed, Eric and Waldo did an excellent job getting the old equipment out and the new equipment in place. Their installation work was clean, detailed and well executed all around. I am impressed with the service I have received with Goettl and feel confident in their equipment and workmanship.

If they had a 10 star Goettl deserve it. Chris Emard and Jay were very professional and knowledgeable in the field. They worked in a timely manner and excellent quality of work. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart on your service. We have Goettl for our A/C and heating and we need other service they will be the first company we will call again. Five-star AC repair service from Jarrett S. at Goettl! Jarrett arrived at our home in South Phoenix right on time and was incredibly professional. He listened to our concerns, got straight to work, and explained the necessary repairs perfectly using his tablet. Jarrett even checked for underlying issues to keep our system running smoothly. Jarrett’s clear communication and expertise were so helpful—we’ll definitely be requesting Jarrett for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs!

Brian my AC tech was very thorough during my regular service on AC. He gave great advice on services for the longevity on my AC. Small but most details he used shoe covers and was very respectful on the property .

Jaime was awesome! Came by helped assess the situation with our AC being out. Looked inside outside in the attic. Had some recommendations other companies didn't mention and even brought a flashlight for us and a dog toy for our dog. Down to earth and honest guy, total pleasure meeting and looking forward to potentially working with them for our installation! Parker came out for my preventative maintenance this time. I’ve been using Goettl a long time and they’ve always been good to me. Parker really set himself apart from the rest of the technicians I’ve had in the past. He was extremely thorough and I immediately felt extremely comfortable with him. This was the first time we have used Goettl Services and Frank KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Give us 3 different options to go with in the repairs that needed to be done along with pricing for each option. Was very thorough when servicing our system. If all of there service techs are as efficient as Frank was this definitely a company that you would want to use… Another thing that I definitely liked was that they provide a tracking tool you can follow where and when the tech will show up at your home.. WIN WIN….

Had it Air Condition serviced Goettl. Our service was done my Frank Monroig. Totally professional in every way. He was thorough in his inspection and very forthcoming about concerns to make our old unit last long . Very impressed. I think we are going to stick with them a long time.
