My husband Dr Robert & I were in need of a reliable Air Conditioning Contractor. Several neighbors strongly recommended Ideal Air Conditioning & Insulation. We followed their recommendations and hired Ideal. We were first contacted by their sales person Ryan who came to our home, analyzed our needs and recommended several solutions. He also explained financing options. We purchased the Trane Premier with Variable Capacity. Ideal sent Michael & Jeremy to do the Insulation. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with their service. They arrived on time. Covered floors & furniture to avoid damage & successfully installed the unit. Before the left, they took time to explain the work they had done, including the operation of the high tech thermostat & cleaned up. The Ideal Air Conditioning team ( management, sales and installers) deserves a 5 star rating.

I was glad to have Brian give me a quote for a replacement heat pump
Brian was very thorough and professional. He did not cut corners with his estimate as he measured all around the house and attic taking into account the amount of insulation and windows in my house He explained what his company replaces and installs
I showed him several quotes from other companies and he said that he would beat them and he did. I look forward to having Ideal air business

From a phone call letting me know when they would arrive to showing me how to use the new thermostat they were great. Everything went very smooth and now I am enjoying a very quiet unit. Thanks for a job well done

After making a service appointment online, Ideal Air got back to me within a couple hours to schedule my furnace tune up. 3 days later the Tech. Michael texted me to say he was on his way. He did a great job, explaining what and why he did what he did. No up-selling, not pushy to get me to do more than was needed, couldn't have gone smoother. This small business knows how to treat people!

Although I wasn't able to be communicate due to being busy working, Matt took care of us fast and efficient. No complaints to be had, I appreciate the good work.

Eric and his team have a great work ethic, good communication and were on time! Very professional and courteous. They prepped the areas to protect the home from the insulation debris. Ideal Air was recommended to us by a friend who had had several great experiences with them, and they did not disappoint. They did an awesome job for us. We were so impressed with the crew. They worked together so well and had a lovely cooperative and teaching/mentoring mindset. Nothing was a "problem" and no request was too big or too small. Our new system is working great, the house is very comfortable even in these extreme temps, and we are really happy with it all. We have no hesitation passing along the recommendation for Ideal Air.

Ideal has done so much for our house. They installed a mini-split unit in our house that is an absolute game changer in the summers and most recently, they sealed our ac duct system. Brian, Joe and everyone I have interacted with at Ideal are top notch and have been so helpful and informative.

Thoughtful, thorough, kind, and fair! After experiencing some concerning noises from the condenser, I contacted Ideal Air for help! They sent CJ my way to give the entire AC unit an inspection. It was a great experience. CJ was incredibly friendly and kind. He explained what he was doing as he went through the inspection. He took his time, patiently answering questions I might have. He did not rush through the process, which I appreciated. He explained what repairs were needed, offering fair pricing. From my communication with the office to working with CJ, I was impressed start to finish. Ideal Air is a family owned and operated business, and you can tell this in every detail and interaction. Ryan, Alex and Christian. Thank you for helping me with the challenge of cooling down this 1947 home! I went with the recommended and guaranteed comfort; full engineered redesign ductwork and insulation. It was by no means cheap however in this case I definitely got what I paid for. Look at how they protected my personal belongings. I was utterly impressed. More importantly my home is now evenly 72 degrees when I want it to be! Prior to the ductwork being replaced by Ideal Air my master bedroom would be 83+ in the summertime. Guest bedroom would be 72 and laundry room 90+ (no ventilation). I would receive an alert from my thermostat daily, “Something is wrong. The HVAC is calling for cooling and the temperature of your home has increased 4+ degrees. If you have an older home, and your just as uncomfortable in the summertime as I was, call Ideal Air. They will guarantee your comfort! Recommend 100% Cristian (installer) was extremely professional and communicative. Although expensive, well worth it.

Nixa at Ideal HVAC did an amazing job inspecting our system at a home we recently purchased. She explained each system and made some great recommendations. And the work was completed that same day.

Terrible, dishonest, unethical company. Do not do business with them. They break whatever laws they want to!

Shoddy work, won’t last long and you will be wasting your money.

I called them because I was having a problem with my ac. I had went into the attic and looked at it and everything looked fine to me.

They came and told me that it was a leaking coil. I did a warranty call to get it replaced. As I was showing them (another company) the unit, I noticed the enclosure cover for my air handler was completely messed up. It looks like it was thrown down three flights of stairs and then smashed with a hammer. The latch was completely busted and they had used huge lag screws to create new holes in both the cover and the case.

This was a brand new unit. Nobody had worked on it since it was installed. I had just looked at it.

They refused to pay. They stated it was just cosmetic (it wasn’t, it leaked like a sieve), and that it didn’t matter how it was attached. They said their way of attaching it was actually better. That’s the quality of work you get with this less than Ideal air conditioning company.

Ideal Air Conditioning is the best company out there hands-down! David Clore their highly trained tech, was amazing, he explained everything to me and did very thorough work….. if you want a trustworthy company in my humble opinion, Ideal is the way to go! Robert H

My wife and I would like to say how pleased we were with the work of the Ideal AC Team. First with Ryan Tracey coming to check out our old unit and giving us options on new units. Ryan was very thorough. Second, Michael Kostrivas and the Ideal AC Team did an excellent job of installing the new unit and adding insulation to the attic. We are very pleased with our new air conditioner.

Ideal installed our Mitsubishi mini-split system. They exceeded our expectations. The installers covered all floors and furniture prior to working. They were on time and payed close attention to detail. They took time to update us periodically with their progress and asked important questions when it came to placement and area needs. I highly recommend Ideal. Especially if you're interested in a mini-split system. We interviewed 5 other companies and non of them came close to the quality and value that Ideal Air promised and delivered.

My experience with Ideal AC and insulation was amazing. I have had terrible experiences with other companies, but Matthew from Ideal was knowledgeable, experienced, and was able to answer all my nonsense questions.

Daniel was fantastic!!! He was so knowledgeable and really cared about the heat pump he serviced. He knows the product and how it should run in side and out. So professional and please mark him down a MY GUY moving forward
