I came here for an AC repair, my truck ended up overheating and lower radiator hose broke As I was getting it tested. Javier came to the rescue in no time, by far the most humble down to earth mechanic I have had . He does an amazing job, I’m sure all their staff must be good, but just know if you got Javier you’re in great hands!

Rafa was great! Super fast service and very affordable. Only took 20 minutes for them to diagnose and fix my ac issue. Back on the road with cold ac. Definitely will be a customer for life and refer everyone I know

Brought my daughter's f150 to get the a/c repaired they replaced the lines that were leaking, recharged it all in 2 hrs it blows nice cold air thanks for the great service

I came here a few months ago because I saw all the good reviews they had I would never take my car back to them. My A/C just worked for a couple weeks then gave out again I’m sure they just recharged my A/C. Because if they supposedly fixed the problem. My A/C still would be working now I have to find another mechanic that can check out my car A/C again and that means me spending more money on something supposedly they fixed.

I have been having issues with my SUVs a/c for almost 2 years. I had taken it to 2 separate places before I found this place. Both places did leak checks and said it was just empty and sent me on my way. Then yet again my a/c stopped.

The service was great and Rafael was great with my son and showed me what he was doing and explained everything. I will be sending everyone I know there!

Javier and Rafael, have amazing customer service. They stayed late to make sure my truck was completed. Even with the extra hours they put in on my truck the price they quoted was the price when it was all said and done. If I ever need anymore work done on my AC. I know who I will be calling.

I first brought my car for Ac service thinking I needed new compressor and told Javier I was ready to pay like 500$ to fix. He told me to let him take a look first. It ended up being a loose wire.. and saved me hundreds..I felt very comfortable. To be straight up...I don't trust many people. But Javier is a very down to earth guy. I have now brought all three of my vehicles to him and refer anybody in need of services to him... DON'T HESITATE...bring your car in you will recieve quality work from a honest man.

I recommend coming here and getting your a/c fixed. Javier was straight up and honest and got my a/c working good as new in a little as under an hour. They even switched out a valve that was leaking for me and he made sure everything was right before charging me. Javier knows what he’s doing.These guys are the go to they definitely got a customer for life.

I was looking for a new ac compressor for my mustang GT 2008. I had came here and to start off with they have gave me a free car inspection. Rafael checked my car and found out it was a small problem and he could fix it in 25mins. This was amazing because I had gone somewhere else before this and tried to charged me $1200. I had called other places and they charged $700.(they all were interested in making money) I saved hundreds of dollars coming here. My AC works amazing like if it were new! Rafael is very honest and work fast. I definitely recommend them!!!

I visited this A/C shop today in hopes to get my car's (honda crv 07) air conditioning cooling like it had in the past. I have had AC troubles in the past so I know this is just a temporary fix, but they didn't.
Anyway, I go in there, under recommendation of a friend who gets his cars serviced here. The parking situation is a little tough if they are full, it is literally a drive in type of situation, so if it's packed you are better off parking in the street next door and walking up so they can accommodate you. Luckily, I went at an early part of the day when they weren't working on many cars and could assist me as I drove in.
Rafael is the technician that helped me today and he was quite knowledgeable, answering all the questions I had. He gave me a free consultation and it turned out my lines have a bit of a clog, so I'll have to replace it at some point. He gave me two options, with no pressure for either, but I got the first and had him replace the old freon for new freon.
There isn't really much of an area to sit, so understand that depending on the time of the day, you might be better off just leaving your vehicle there.
The price was fair, better than the price they quoted me at dealerships and I believe the service was phenomenal. Only time will tell how long it will keep cold, but this will be without the effect of the quality of work done by the tech. Good stuff Integrity A/C. I'll recommend other to get their issues solved here.

These guys are the best. They know everything About cars and even electrical. Paint and body work too! They do it all and like their name, they do it with " INTEGRITY "

We saved money... that part is true. We brought 2 of our own parts and purchased one through them. Our AC worked for a week and went back out. We were told we need to get all the parts through them to fix it, and then they overfilled our freon, causing more issues than we had initially. The people are really nice, but we went to a commercial auto shop and the issues they told us we had were completely different than what Integrity said. I don't think it was malicious, but it is coming across as uneducated on our vehicle. We lost $850 by going this route initially and of just paying more to go to one of the bigger shops and getting parts through them instead of a certified site like we did. Don't take shortcuts to fix your AC... it's not worth it and will cost you even more.

Updated review: It has been over a year and there have been no issues with the new compressor or my AC in general since getting it installed and serviced at Integrity. Highly recommend them as they are honest, fast, and affordable. If I have any issues with my AC in the future I will make the trip to Phoenix to get it repaired here. Thank you very much!!
Stop by here by Google suggestion. My AC went out as I was driving on the freeway. Spoke with Tania and she was able to allow me to get a free diagnosis. Unfortunately my vehicle needs a whole new compressor and everything that they have to get. They were willing to do it the next day, but I am from out of town and would not be able to come back the next day. Very fast and Professional Service. I was extremely satisfied with the service and I'm sorry that I did not have cash so I could not leave them a tip for their time.

Free A/C check to start off. Javier was knowledgeable and has plenty of experience. He told me what the issue was, and told me where to go to get the best price. The installation was fast and the price was great and affordable. He was telling me what he was doing while installing the part just to make sure i knew what was going on. Highly recommend this place.

I would recommend you visit this place for any AC issues on your car/truck.

Great work. Great people. I needed to have my whole A/c kit replaced and I went to a Midas and they quoted me $1800. I spoke to Javier and he was so friendly and he was able to get me a brand new system for half the price. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service!! This place deserves 5 stars. I went to Integrity AC 2 months ago to have them look at my AC and tell me whats wrong. Raphael did his exam on the AC and let me know there wasn't anything wrong except for the fact my AC needed to be charged. Raphael charged my AC, and I didn't know how to act after that. The fact that I FINALLY had AC in my car was amazing. Yesterday, I went to church and after church I was driving home and my air went out. Called Integrity and spoke with Javier. He was very pleasant and professional. I explained my situation and he seemed genuinely concerned and told me to bring my car back in. Raphael and Javier took the time to assess my car and come to find out, I need a new hose and I need to replace my radiator. My car didn't have any antifreeze in it either. They both took great care of me and explained everything thoroughly. These guys live up to the name with much INTEGRITY. They will get My business for sure. Thank you guys!!
