Checked in at 730 for 8am appt. didn't start unloading until 830. Overall not to bad of an experience.

I went in looking for a simple pressure switch when the girl at the counter didn't know what I was talking about did not bother trying to help me they should have trained Personnel working the counter that knows something about the business when I said I will go to a competitor she told me good luck

Worst company to deal with. I have a warranty on my AC, now that my AC is faulty, they want me to pay for what warranty still very much covers. Please stay away from RUUD, Rheem and Ferguson, you will live to regret it.

Don't understand why it takes over 30min to get my equipment when it was already on will call. The guy inside didnt process my layment untill i got my equipment so i had to go back inside and wait for that.

We found the part we needed on a Saturday, which was great in the middle of the summer in Phoenix, however the customer service was horrible. Both employees that were there behind the counter on Saturday 7/28 seemed very grumpy and unhappy to be there.
