Raphael was awesome. They were able to diagnose my issue in minutes and advised what parts i needed. I came back and had them replace the blower motor and resistor and had cold AC right away. Awesome price, great work, and very friendly. If anything else comes up with my AC I'll definitely be coming back to them!

Rafael was able to take care of my 2017 GMC Terrain last minute today and I'm so grateful. The AC has been so hot I was frying in there. He was able to get it fixed asap and I left with super cold AC. It was also inexpensive $60.

This place is amazing, they fixed my cars AC quick and we’re very professional and informed me very well on what my car needed. Most importantly they are truthful. RAFAEL is a really nice guy, he explained everything good and showed me the parts he changed out. MY AC IS SO COLD!! They are careful with their work and make sure not to damage anything in your car! Rafael is the best trustful AC guy to go to.

I have an aftermarket 12v a/c that I installed. It has been challenging to get it working. The bright side? Javier & integrity ac! I always feel heard, and he takes the time to explain what is going on. It takes me an hour (total trip) to get here & back, but it is worth it for people who are kind & honest. FYI: keep in mind that when you come, you may need to park on side streets if the garage area is full. They take walks ins and are quick to respond to calls and text. 😁

I'm so disappointed in this shop. They really tried to scam me. I am 24 year girl and they really took me for an idiot. They lied to me stating they replaced a part saying it would be $250 only to tell me it didn't work and I need a kit for $790 and they will waive the $250 worth of work they did if I got the kit. I come back to shop and I asked why didn't they do a diagnostic before they decided to replace it. They gave me a b/s answer but I politely advised them I'd be back. I called my brother and he comes and chats with the guy and after a few questions they say they didn't change anything. All they did was wipe a part clean to make it seem like they replaced something. If my brother didn't come they wouldve charged me $250 for just wiping a piece of my car! Do not come here. I don't trust Javier or the other person there.

Ladies beware of this place. If they will take advantage of me they will take advantage of you too.

Update: This shop continues to lie. They claim any bad review is from the neighboring shop and lie that you didn't visit the shop. There is no way to reply in google reviews. Javier is a scam artist. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP

Read the reviews and decided to call these guys up. They gave me a reasonable quote (compared to everyone else) over the phone, and I expected to be given a different price when I arrived, due to the type of vehicle. Rafael and his assistant Willy were awesome! Honest and speedy service. After the work was completed, Rafael took the time to verify I was satisfied with the results. Definitely recommend these guys and I'll be coming back if any of my other vehicles need servicing. Thank you!

Found out that I had a leak in my Jeep Patriot from one of the discharge hoses & I had gotten a price estimate from 3 other places before I chose Integrity. I felt other places were charging me way too much for what work was needed and as a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars I felt other places were trying to take advantage of me & make me pay more. I took my car in and it took about 2-3 hours for them to finish but thankfully I lived close by so my husband just picked me up while they did the work. Let me tell you I haven’t had a/c running this cold & good since I bought my car!! Definitely worth it ! Javier & Rafael were very straight to the point & assured me that my car was in good hands! Highly recommend☺️

The best auto service experience ever from Javier. My fender and condenser were busted on a long road trip, and he was able to fix my a/c and did some body work as well, and he did it in less than 2 hours with no appointment. Honest work, fair pricing, and a very pleasant experience with the technician. I’ll come here again if I ever need auto service anywhere near Phoenix or surrounding cities, Javier’s exceptional service makes it worth a longer drive.

Don’t recommend I’m not sure how they have such good reviews but I had my AC fixed here a couple times and it was never fixed and I finally gave up after the 2nd time. Literally waste of my money.

Rafael was very understanding with my appointment being pushed back til9am. He shook my hand during the consultation with my son’s vehicle. Toyota corolla IM a/c condensers was broken. They charged 380.00 and it works great! Freezing cold A/C!!!!! I see why they’ve chose the name for the business. Javier is very honest, smart and professional. I went for quote on 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe sport for Cadillac converter. He check all the codes together with me showing me and I loved that! He was informative about the cost.

Fast, honest service, they had my 2003 expedition nice and cold in a few hours with all repairs done right and system charged properly. I definitely recommend stopping by if ac service is needed. Price was affordable too. Thank you for your services and honest work.

I went to Integrity A/C Auto Climas approximately two weeks ago to get the A/C in my car fixed. I randomly googled car A/C places and landed here due to the positive reviews. I have a 2015 Honda Civic and have not had cold air blowing in my car for two years to which we all know in Arizona is the worst. The reason for me not getting my car fixed is due to places quoting me ridiculous prices. I have had big well known autoshops quote me $1,000, $500, the cheapest I was able to get a quote was $400. The prices did not seem right to me and that they were trying to scam me. The heat one day was too much for me to bear in my car therefore I went to Integrity A/C Auto Climas where Rafa helped me. When he was done checking my car he came in and told me they would have to re-do everything for my AC. I was expecting an insane amount to then he said it would cost $160. I sat there shocked and had to repeat the amount to him several times back because I could not believe the great deal I was getting. I of course said yes to him completing the work and within 20 minutes the first time in two years my car was blowing cold air. I could not express to anyone enough that this place is the place to go when it comes to car A/C issues and that I trust no one else with my car other than this place. Thank you so much to Rafa for helping me, he does amazing work!

Great experience. My car's AC was blowing hot, found this place on Google and gave it a shot. It was a little pricey, BUT they fixed my AC in one hour after I walked in with no appointment. If you've ever been to a mechanic you know that's outrageously fast. So the $$ was worth it because you're paying for that experience and ultra fast service. Would recommend to anyone who needs an AC repair.

Don't go here, amateur hour. I replaced all of the ac components on my semi truck, but my compressor kept on cutting out. On my way to the shop, my compressor started working, but I thought I'd go in just so they can check it out and give me their opinion. The guy said I was low on freon, which I knew. I brought it my freon but he said my freon has "too much oil". He put some of his own freon in and charged me $100 for the 5 minutes of his time. The irony here is that he still undercharged the system, I had to add freon when I got home. Avoid

I was having trouble with the A/C on one of my company cars. I Googled Mapped “Automobile Ac,” and Integrity was one of the choices.

I stopped in, and asked to have my A/C checked. I was greeted by Javier. He had the biggest and friendliest smile (I could tell it was genuine) on his face. 😁

He politely asked me what the problem was. I quickly gave him a synopsis of the situation as what I thought (and had been told by another A/C shop. Oh boy, was that other shop, waaay off.) was the problem.

I asked Javier how much the Diagnostic was going to cost; he politely said: “Nothing”. I was not expecting that; given the fact that the other place charged me.

Anyway, to bring this story home; my A/C was fixed, and it is running like a Icebox!!❄️

Thanks Javier; and as well, thank you Rafael (he really likes you to call his name🤓), you both did an outstanding job. I will absolutely recommend you business to my friends and family (there are very few businesses that get an 💯from me. I’m picky).

Javier was awesome! Very friendly and know what he is doing. Other staff members are very friendly too. He got my little VW Bettle going with great cold AC! I highly recommend this place. It's like a nice small place but it's worth it!

Thank you so much, Integrity AC. My account hadn't been working for a few months. The last few weeks have been treacherous. 1 comp was charging me over 200 just to look at it, another over 200 to recharge. Today, I went to Integrity today zero dollars to look at it, sent me to Auto Zone for an air filter, and charged me almost nothing to change it out!!! I can not thank him enough! My AC feels amazing!!! I literally cried after the long day I had. 🙏
