so our shower kept backing up and it was honestly getting ridiculous, plus our water pressure was all wonky whenever the toilet flushed and the temperature would just swing crazy hot and cold. we called AZ Home Services Group out here in Phoenix and they figured out what was going on, cleared the drain and got everything balanced back out. now the water stays consistent, no more freezing then burning yourself, and they didn't even charge us an arm and a leg for it.
