The fact of the matter is that you guys went from doing a great job to doing a terrible job.
Who is going to call you guys to clean a kitchen hood and not cleaning the filters?
Just because i didn't buy new filters from you guys now you won't clean my filters, wish they are in good conditions?
I just to like this company not anymore!

Their pricing is like crypto. Volatile to say the least. A 400% increase on price. I understand inflation but how do they justify a 400% increase in price? Unless they simply don’t want our business. When I called to confront them in hopes to negotiate; they would not budge. Instead they accused us of not using their services consistently. Not sure what that has to do with the 400% price increase. They quoted a semi annual price and an annual price. The annual price was more which I understand. However, the 400% increase in price was for the semi annual cleaning. Additionally, I explained to them during the pandemic (pre and post pandemic) business was slow but they didn’t seem to care. Alex didn’t seem to care or seem to value our business. Mind you we have had approximately a 20 year relationship with them. I can’t recommend this place to any business with their current pricing and lack of values. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This company is a joke .. I called for estimate they sad $654 . The supposed to be at 8/8/2024 at 11:00 o’clock they show up at 1:00 pm only one person one those jobs you need at least 2 people.. the communications terrible wasn’t clean the job at all.. I called different company and they told me is not clean don’t pay them .. my bill know is $1650 .. my roof is all greasy and the hood terrible.. I have other company to clean it again.. is scam with sundevill careful..
