After an absolutely nightmarish experience with another company, LJ Refrigeration was a godsend for getting my HVAC inspection as a first-time homebuyer! I called late on a Thursday (almost 5pm) and they were able to get me in for a Monday appointment. Their quick turnaround was incredibly important since I only had 10 days to complete my home inspection.

One thing I really appreciated (especially as a single lady) was that they sent a photo of the technician in advance, so I knew who to expect. That text made me feel so much more comfortable, and it really speaks to the company’s thoughtfulness. My technician Jason was amazing. He went above and beyond to track down and identify where everything was located, which I could not help much with given I did not live there at the time! It didn't help that my building is a maze either!

He took the time to explain things clearly, and was kind and professional throughout the visit. Their team also provided detailed estimates for future work, which proved incredibly helpful during the negotiation process with the seller. I’ll absolutely be calling them in the future for my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

I was having what seemed to be minor issues with my AC system. Our AC system was maintaining a temperature inside our house 1 to 2 degrees higher than what our thermostat was set at. I contacted LJ Refrigeration on Sunday evening; by the next day (Monday morning) Paul was at the house troubleshooting our entire system. The professionalism, expertise and customer service were outstanding. Paul is obviously very knowledgeable, efficiently completing the maintenance and explaining the process...while also providing tips on maintaining the system on a regular basis. Paul thoroughly checked the refrigerant levels, inspected the coils, meticulously cleaned everything, and ensured all electrical connections were secure. Paul was honest, sincere and extremely helpful from greeting to goodbye.
I feel likes it's difficult to find good, honest, hard working people whom take pride in their work. With LJ Refrigeration Co. I found all of those things. This was my first experience with LJ. My initial contact (website, then phone) was with Lauren(sp?). She was personable and professional and rapidly understood my situation. A service appointment was immediately scheduled. When Jason (technician) arrived, he assessed the situation and quickly found and fixed the problem. Jason was excellent in explaining what had happened and how he solved the issue. This all took place on a very HOT day in the Valley of the Sun. It was very positive to have my AC functioning again! Semiannual heat-pump HVAC clean and check. The usual stellar service: Jason shows up on time (actually early...), confirms that all is well, and gives the unit a clean bill of health. These guys are great.

I haven't been this impressed in a long time...LJ Refrigeration scheduled us quickly, no 2-3 day waiting period. After diagnosing the problem quickly, Jason returned after hours on a Friday (7:00pm) to complete the repair so we wouldn't spend the weekend without A/C. Never gotten that kind of service before.
