Lucas is truly amazing. My AC compressor began to suddenly make extremely loud noises in the heat of Summer in Phoenix. I looked up for companies for AC repair and called a few, including The Trusted Tech Cooling and Heating LLC. All of them told me they would come in the afternoon and except Lucas who accepted to come to give me a diagnosis for free, others had at least & 85 charge for showing up. Just from the phone conversation, I got a sense that Lucas genuinely cared and felt I could trust him. Unfortunately since it was too hot, when one of the companies, initially scheduled to come in the afternoon, called to say they could come in the morning, I accepted. When they came, they told me the fan of my compressor had snapped, and that the blade was rusty, and that the fan was not locally available and would take at least 5-7 days to get it. They also gave me such a high price to fix my AC that I agreed with their reasoning that it made more sense to buy a new AC. When I called Lucas to cancel the appointment, he said he did not think what they had told me was true and wanted to come and check to see what the issue was. Even though I told him that I had already signed the contract and they were coming to install the new AZ the morning after, he said he would come to still tell me what was wrong at no charge. He came and in fact spent quite a while on the phone to make sure the fan was locally available which was and he told me he could go to pick it up and fix my AC that same day. The price he gave me to fix it was even much less than half the price the other company had given me, while also telling me the part could not arrive sooner than at least five days, which meant I had to pay for a hotel room for at least five nights. I felt so regretful that I had not waited for Lucas to come since with the price he suggested, I would have bought a new AC, since I was thinking about the possibility of solar energy or replacing my AC in the winter rather than the summer. My AC would have worked perfectly with the new part. What was even more amazing about Lucas was that he did not push me to cancel my contract with the other company, even though he told me I could. He understood that I did not have the time and energy to do so but wanted to still let me know that I had been lied and very much overcharged.

Thank you Lucas for being such a kind and trustworthy person. People like you are quite rare in these lines of job who care more about their clients and for providing them with real service rather than focusing more on how to make more money. I would recommend this company without any hesitance and wish I had waited for Lucas instead of going with another company. I will be referring him to any friend who may need a repair or replacement of their AC. Thanks again Lucas. I would highly recommend The Trusted Tech Company. Lucas came to look at my fireplace because it would not turn on. He was extremely knowledgeable , very fair and very reasonably priced. He owns and operates a very trustworthy company.

Lucas was amazing! After Tempe was hit with a massive storm, I called him to help due to damage my A/C unit sustained. He was so kind on the phone and came out the next day, fixing my unit and making it good as new! Not only that, but he was so quick! This is the third time Trusted Tech Cooling and Heating has helped me with different A/C problems I have had since moving into my older home. Highly recommend!!

Lucas was a complete professional. I’ve had a few previous hvac techs come and give me temporary bandaids, but Lucas was 10 times more thorough, explaining to me along the way what was going on and how to proceed. We eventually made the call, not under any pressure, to replace our unit and he was there every step along the way from deciding on a unit to installation to painting my trim of the ceiling we needed to expand to get everything done. 100% recommend him to help you get to the root of your hvac issues and get to a solution.

The Trusted Tech did an outstanding job overall with replacing the A/C system out my house. Open and upfront on pricing and speed of getting to the job. New system works great and everything is very clean. Lucas even identified airflow problems and corrected that too. Thanks

It is great to know that there are people like Lucas out there. I needed my fireplace looked at. Another vendor came in and after barely looking at my fireplace, give me a coat for $2000. They also charge me a service call of about $100. I called Lucas and he came in and fixed my system within one hour. He saved me about $2000. I highly recommend Lucas.

Lucas came to repair my gas fireplace. He got it fixed without selling me any unnecessary replacement parts. He explained everything that he was doing and why (I cared to know) and he made suggestions for future upgrade to my starter. He even cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace even better than before. The cost was reasonable. I could not recommend him more highly.
