I have used Zerorez in the past and have never been disappointed with there services. Today I had 2 area rugs, 2 bedrooms and one sofa cleaned. My Tech, Anthony, did a fantastic job, the carpets and sofa are brighter and look like new. It took the tech almost 2 hours to do everything. I like that it dries quickly too.

Seth and Daniel were great! They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, they cleaned any debris from the duct cleaning and left our home even and cleaner than when they arrived. They were friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I am sold and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and:or Zerorez.

The tech advised me after soaking the floor of one room that it was two large and he would have to charge me for two rooms - I felt like I was being held hostage and forced to pay the additional cost.
When I asked why he didn’t tell me before starting he blamed me for not giving him time. I then asked why he didn’t measure before wetting the carpet. He said he would have to call his manager when I asked him to leave.
This is water left on the floor after he finished a room. Also the bottom of the stairs was so wet I almost slipped twice. Lastly this morning (close to 12 hours later) the floor in the same room as the pics was still damp
