Always very clean, on time and they have a great customer service staff that follows up to make sure everything is going well.

Been doing our shop for years and does an excellent job. Resolves any issues promptly.

If i could give this 0 stars i would, a bunch of incompetent, money grubbing, unprofessional people i ever came across. Very much lack communication skills and they dont care if you succeed or not they just care more about a check then helping you grow as a business.

Great Service and Easy company to work with. Our Service Tech is always engaging and does a great job every week.

I would not use this company for cleaning services. I think they treat their contract workers like poo and the fees that they make them pay is ridiculous. I was assured that this was a no frills contract and could cancel anytime and then when I wanted to cancel, they pulled a bunch of CRAP and BS.... Their brochure is just as misleading. Disappointed in the company itself, not the cleaning staff that comes to our office.

Floors are not vacuumed and mopped ever. cannot possibly clean in our office in 7 min. unsatisfactory with service for the past year.
Will be looking for a different janitorial service soon.

I have used this company on several occasion, and they never let me down. They are organized and professional they make sure they have the right staff to do the job you requested.

Stratus cleans at my office and they are the best cleaning company we have had. They are good to be here everyday plus they do a good job. If we ever have any issues they are good to fix them right away.

Our contracted custodian through Stratus is amazing and we have yet to have a negative experience with him. He is always available, whether it be a scheduled appointment or a last minute change in plans. He truly relieves so much stress in the setting up and breaking down of our events each week.

We have been using Stratus for our clinic cleaning for about 6 months now and have been very happy with their service. They are reliable and thorough. They do a much better job of cleaning than the companies we have used previously.

We have attempted to reach this company all week to cancel service and no one will return our emails or phone calls. The quality of service was adequate for what they quoted us for a weekly cleaning. However, over time, they level of service degraded to an unacceptable level. After 6 attempts with their company, the Regional Director finally communicated with us that he will cancel service and have our key returned.

Contact and response time is great. Day to day cleaning quality is excellent, however at least 2-3 times per week, something gets missed. They are quick to remedy.

Horrible cleaning service. Their cleaning started off good but it got worse and worse and worse as time went on. We were told our office floors would be mopped every single day and video camera showed that it may be happened once every few weeks. When brought to the attention of our assigned Account manager, they said that they would correct it and it didn’t get corrected. This occurred multiple times and not just floor cleaning. Unemptied garbage cans, uncleaned toilets, missed cleaning days. We even had times where we came into the office in the morning with the office smelling like weed from the cleaner getting high while on the job the night before. We complained multiple times and we continued to have issues. We finally had to get a different cleaner because the service was so poor. When we told them that we were going with someone else, they immediately stopped coming, but continued to bill us for the remainder of the contract and said we Canceled their service incorrectly. I refuse to pay the bill for firing the company that could not resolve their own problems and do the job they promised to do. They responded by sending me to collections. Do not use this company as your cleaning service. I promise you will not be happy, I would give them a negative star if I could. The attached photos are of the toilet immediately after they cleaned it. Obviously they don’t clean it or had been cleaning it completely for sometime. Second photo of The floor that was supposed to be mopped every night and this is a small section we cleaned against the wall right after they said they mopped the floors.

I use them for my office at an apartment community and they are super awesome and take care of anything you need. If you have 1 offs they're happy to be flexible to ensure everything is completed to your expectations!

Our company has a great onsite worker but the management over our account is not the best to work with. The management does not follow through and cancel meetings all the time. Would not recommend to anyone.

The owner is very responsive to his customers, and takes pride in doing the job right!
