I have been impressed with the professional manor in which this team operates. I have seldom had an issue, and when i did i could get management on the phone immediately and rectify. They have always been very customer oriented.

Just another cleaning sevice that doesn't care about their employees they hire you with promises and shortly after they "will call you" to let you know where you will be working. Then they never call.
They don't give you the hours they promised and leave you hanging. I recommend anyone to stay away from these kind of companies.

The Arizona group is top notch. They take great pride in their work and professionalism. Love the energy they bring and the dedication to deliver excellent customer service.

This company is a complete fraud. The general manager, supervisors and even human resources send preferred employees to work on areas that require 8-hour shifts and then tell them to do it in 3 hours, go home, and get paid for 8 hours. Obviously, they are not doing their job properly, and they are stealing from the customers.
The problem with this is that they have contracts with government facilities such as Dysart Unified School District, and this is taxpayer's money they are messing with. I currently work in the public sector, and this can not be acceptable in any way, shape, or form.
Avoid doing business with CCS their personnel lack leadership, integrity, and values they are corrupt. Just look at all the horrible reviews they have on Google.

Bertha was very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She is an excellent representative of the quality service and dedication to customers that CCS offers. Our building was serviced by a team led by Bertha regularly and competently and any issues or concerns were resolved quickly and with a positive attitude.

Been a commercial customer for about 2 years now and only recently have I gotten involved with working directly with CCS. We have a great team (floor crew and janitorial services); my contact is very responsive, professional and thorough. We are very happy with our current situation.

Tonight on 202 West, I had an awful experience with one of your drivers, car #318, license plate #CL93478. They cut me off and then proceeded to brake-check me, all the while I had a baby in the car. I don’t understand how anyone could drive like that, especially while representing a company. It was reckless and honestly pretty terrifying. I really hope you take this seriously and address it because no one should have to deal with that kind of danger on the road.

A driver of your company doesn’t know how to drive. In Buckeye on Yuma/Jackrabbit on 2/19 at 10pm. Driver pulled in front of me and made me stop suddenly with my family in the car. Then he or she proceeded to swerve and then drive on the shoulder. Then he or she ended up pulling over and I was able to pass. Not a good reflection on you guys.

My wife was a victim of identity theft.
We filed a report with the police and on identitytheft.gov. After completing the report, they recommend contacting the companies and letting them know that they have employees using false SSNs and try to make them stop or at least verify the info. I called all 25 of them, and they all show interest. Just this company said there was nothing they could do and didn’t want to hear anything else. Either the name, report or ssn so they could check it.
This makes me think they already know they have employees using fake documents.

Another of your drivers does not know how to drive. KZA2HV #317. Stops for a full 10 seconds at a green light to turn right. Drives at 5-10 mph below the posted speed limit. Comes to a full stop at intersections, 10 times in between 19th ave and 7th ave, while having the right of way, brake checked the car behind her. All while talking on her phone. This one will end up causing an accident, hope your insurance is up to date!
