(I\'m printing this e-mail and posting it for David and Margareta to see, as well.) \"This is almost as good as when I was doing this?\" - From one of the lead attorneys who did a little bit of stop-gap bathroom cleaning while we were making our decision as to who to hire next. \"I went to get a new box of tissues, and when I came back to my desk, I found out there was already a box of tissues for me all opened and ready to go.\" -- From an allergy sufferer. \"They even cleaned up my desktop. That\'s never happened before.\" -- From a paralegal. \"This new cleaning company is really good.\" -- Heard so many times, I can\'t even remember which people said it. A few of the things I\'ve really appreciated have been: * Air ducts are dust free. * The drinking fountain stays beautifully polished - ditto for the stainless steel in bathrooms and break area. * The scuff marks on the break room floor are removed without damage to the previous wax job. * Partition glass looked so nice after initial visit - and it has stayed nice with touch up. * Trash cans are neatly placed after being emptied. * Trash can liners are opened all the way to the bottom. (For some reason, a previous crew had opened only the top, and assumed everyone could finish the job for them when throwing the first item of the day into the can.) * Area beneath rolling file selves stays clean. We have daily cleaners Placita and Jesus who are just so wonderful. They are always so prompt, efficient and professional. They do a very thorough job daily while being so pleasant. It’s always nice to see them when they come in.

Healthpoint is wonderful. They have very professional staff, the management team is very responsive to our needs. Being in the healthcare industry sometimes it's hard to find reliable, dependable and those who can be so attentive in these changing times. We have used them for years and don't find myself wanting to make any changes as I love working with the team.

I never write reviews, but I have found (Phoenix area) for cleaning health care facilities who can do it correctly and to my standards is Health Point Cleaning Solutions. I have had other janitorial service company's come in and promise me they could do it cheaper and better. Over the years and in beginning I made the mistake and tried other companies at multiple facility locations, and they didn't or or rather couldn't perform to my expectations. Health Point does perform to my expectations, i am not saying we haven't had to meet on items of concern, but when I call for those meetings Health Point is very professional and prompt to resolve any items of concern. I am not an easy person to please my standard and expectations for cleaning in facilities for infection prevention is a high concern. If you are considering due to your building isn't measuring up to today's health standard and you are going out to bid or just getting a quote. I can say with complete confidence if you choose them it will cost you less in the long run, not only in hidden costs that are associated with poor cleaning methods but in your time alone so you can get to your other items that I know you have to manage.

This company is absolutely fabulous. They are on POINT! You don't have to worry about any missed spots or leftover cleanup needed. The before and after will have you mind-blown.
