My name is Brad Synkowski and I am the Co-Owner of Wingfoot Laundromat in Chandler, AZ. It is my pleasure to recommend SolSource, LLC as a provider of commercial floor care. I have been using SolSource for almost three years to care for my floors at my store and I have nothing but wonderful praise for the owners and technicians.

First, the quality of the workmanship is fantastic. When my wife and I bought an old, run-down laundromat in 2016, the flooring looked so bad, we thought we were going to have to replace it. But we were wrong. Elvira Conover (General Manager and Owner of SolSource) convinced us to let her team have a crack at bringing the floors back to life. The result was astounding. They stripped and polished those old decrepid floors until they shined like new. We couldn’t believe the result. We now bring SolSource in regularly to strip, finish, and buff our floors.

Second, they act more like partners than contractors. For example, this past month we had a flooring “catastrophe”: one of our other contractors did not let glue from laying a few vinyl tiles cure properly and customers tracked glue all over the floors across the whole store. It would have taken gallons of goo-gone and hours of scraping for me to fix. I called SolSource in a panic and their team (shout out to Oscar!) came and saved the day. They were able to get all the glue up in a short time with their state-of-the-art machinery and top of the line chemicals.

Third, they are reliable. Their technicians have shown up prepared and on time for every appointment. They come after hours (11pm!!!) and they work tirelessly through the night. (We watch them at home using our security cameras…hee hee).

So all I can say is hire these guys. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust in this vast valley of the sun; but I can recommend SolSource hands down.
