Great family owned business with great customer service. Have always been able to count on them when I need great lawn care.

I called their office 2 weeks ago, told the operator I wanted to set an appointment for somebody to come to our property to give us a quote. No one ever called me back or contacted me. I guess they don't need new business. So I give them a one rating! Terrible customer service

They service my neighbor so I asked them if they would service my yard. One of the workers gave me Alfredo's number who then set it up. Only to stop showing up and stop responding a couple months later. I then called the company directly only to find out I was never set up with them and that Alfredo was pocketing the money and they wouldn't be responsible. The GM said Alfredo was still with the company and while he initially agreed to officially set up service for me, he later said they wouldn't be able to do since the guy who did steal from the company was still with them. GREAT JOB!

Very professional, knowledgeable and they care about their work. They have been a client for twenty years. Very reliable.

I have used them for years. Now that my account manager is one of the owners (a son who inherited) my yard looks terrible. I have given them countless opportunities to fix it, but forget it. They are even raising their rates AGAIN!

Ersland touch has taken care of our yard for a couple of years. The previous owners used them as well. This past summer we had some issues with our irrigation system which caused some plants / trees to die. Anthony and his team worked hard to make things right and in a very timely manner.
