I had a sprinkler "emergency" where control valve was cracked resulted in minor flooding to my backyard. I reached out to Richard's Garden Center. They immediately responded to my messages and helped out in shutting down main supply and fixed everything. I will absolutely use Richard's again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Thank you, Ryan Miller and Adam, for speedy response when I discovered a leak in my sprinkler system line and called for help. Adam scheduled a same day, early afternoon arrival window. Ryan called in good time telling us that he was on his way, arrived and located the rather difficult to find spot of the leak in the sprinkler system line and fixed it. Second time that Ryan helped out at our property and I can only say thank you for prompt response, excellent service and reasonable price.

Their selection of fruit trees is incredible! And they do a lot of their own Arizona local varieties. It's hard to find anything that hasn't been shipped in from Cali but many of their plants are born right here in AZ. By far my favorite nursery in the Phoenix area.

This place great! The staff is exceptional and super helpful. Lauren is very knowledgeable and gave me some great ideas to help my potted Agave murpheyi survive in Colorado. The cheerful dude with the coffee mug (maybe this is Richard?) was also cool to chat with and talk bonsai. Speaking of bonsai, they have a nice little selection of pre-bonsai at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place!!!! My daughter and I spent 2 hrs here this morning. Hailey was wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable. We walked around and just enjoyed the grounds and left with a tree and veggies. We will be back for more with the truck next time. Perfect hidden gem of a nursery!

I called to ask Richard's Garden Center for a design and quote for redoing my front yard. They were referred by another landscaping company I had contacted but they don't do the residential type of work I need. So, I called and Adam came out. Seemed nice enough and interested in the job but then I never heard back. I called to check and not sure who I talked to but he was obviously NOT interested. Guessing maybe a 4,000 to 5,000 dollar job isn't good enough for them. I'm mostly annoyed because they wasted my time that day and also had to start search for another company again. Guess it's good to find the negative about a company before hiring them though.

I booked a free estimate for several drip line repairs, including a line that ran under my driveway. Ryan was on time for the appointment, gave a quote and was ready to complete the repairs. I agreed. He did it quickly, showed my what what done (including having to remove and replace some pavers). Would recommend their service anytime!

He explained what the issues were and gave us advice about maintaining our systems moving forward and it cost about half what I had anticipated. I will absolutely use Richard's again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Bought a Pakistani Mulberry here. Still doing well almost two years later. Growing faster than I would have thought too

I bought Meyer lemon and loquat trees and both are in good condition greenish and healthy. The guy who helped was very helpful and collaborative through answering questions and honesty. Definitely, I will go back and get more trees to my backyard garden. I recommend this garden center to my family, friends, and anyone.

If I could give Ryan and Adam 10 Stars, I would.
I hired them to completely replace my irrigation system.
Their crew worked tirelessly. They worked on my job until it was complete; unlike other crews who you see in the morning and then they are off to another job in the afternoon. Everything Ryan told me he delivered on. No bait and switch. No shortcuts. I can be a fussy customer when I sense what I was promised was not being delivered. I am completely satisfied with the job they did.

Adam installed a sprinkler and drip system in our backyard. He designed it to perfectly meet the needs of our trees, grass, and potted plants. He has done excellent work at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend him!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. They offer an awesome selection of trees at excellent prices. I have very pleased with all my plant and tree purchases. They truly go above and beyond to help you plant and maintain your plants versus just trying to make a sale.

Ryan came out to fix our irrigation system on Memorial Day. He explained everything clearly so we could make an informed decision about how we wanted to proceed. It didn't take long for him to do the work. He also made a helpful suggestion for watering times. When he left, everything was neat and looked even better than when he arrived. We were very pleased.

I have lived in the Valley for 15 years and sadly I just found this awesome company. After I checked out the guy said “If you have any questions call us, even if you didn’t buy it from us. We want you to be successful.” He meant it to. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and their prices are great. I’ll be going back to get some more passion fruit vines.

Ryan and Adam came out and repaired the sprinkler system in my front yard. They did such a good job I ended up having them install some new sod a few weeks later. Then again when one of my drip lines in the backyard broke they came out and fixed it for me. All I can say is these guys are the real deal — honest, knowledgeable, and fair. Very, very happy with everything they’ve done for me and will absolutely call them for anything in the future. Five stars.

I was fortunate enough enough to have Ryan and crew completely redo my entire drip system in my yard. It works wonderfully well! I liked it so much I had Ryan return and change my lighting system to LED. He has since returned and done repairs on the general sprinkler system. He is always professional, courteous and on time!

We have used Richard's Garden center several times for repairs to our drip line or yard sprinkler system. We have worked with both Ryan and adam. I can't say enough good about these two technicians. They are easy to get hold of, are responsive to our needs, and make it out to the house within a couple of days or so. They are nice, understand what needs to be done and our time efficient. For me, the charges seem quite reasonable. I can recommend Richard's Garden center without hesitation.

Got helped out by Dude who gave me advice on how to save my plant will be back for that olive tree. Nice selection very knowledgeable staff good vibes overall.

What an amazing experience we had today. After attempting to purchase at a different nursery and getting blown off, we decided to travel a bit further to Richards. We met with Paul and he spent almost 2 hours with us discussing all kinds of edible plant varieties. Not only did he have a wealth of knowledge but also took the time to help us figure out where to plant, how to amend the soil and sizes of each plant. I cannot express how much we enjoyed our time at this center today. This is definitely my new home base center for my back yard food garden. Well worth the drive and the customer service is absolutely unbeatable.
