Totally incompetent management. Overwork, over schedule and under support their employees. I am a disgruntled customer who has over and over again dealt with promises not kept.

This company has been GREAT to work with. Worked with them over many months for a new construction build. They have come back for many follow-ups to accommodate different phases of pool build. Quickly responded and mitigated issues with plant replacement that did not survive initial planting and were very flexible when plans changed due to HOA requirements\rules.
I will use this company again. Thank you TBL

Since our landscaping was installed, we have had multiple leaks averaging one per month. We have been told by two other professional landscaping companies that the pipe put in our yard is subpar and not up to code.

Landscape brokers, has so far refused to put the situation right.

Have nothing good to say about them. They don't have good quality plants, and have over priced products, lazy/slow installers, and non responsive and rude follow up by team ldr.
Today they have been across our street and only 1 person out of 4 has done any work all morning, in 3 hrs.
They were to replace some of our plants that died right away and after multiple calls they finally said they had done it, when in fact they actually removed someone else's plants and planted ours at another house.- what a mess and quite expensive - simply stated, DON'T USE THEM.

Do not deal with this company. I usually do not take time to write reviews but buyer be warned. We met with them for new construction at Trilogy Vistancia and seemed very easy to work with at the time ….until they were paid. At initial consultation we were not warned of any downsides or negative issues of trees planted. They recommended a TX Ebony and when asked of any negatives they did not mention all the thorns that were associated with it. When we saw it after move in and mentioned that was not disclosed they refused to make any adjustments saying that we did not tell them or document we didn't want thorns in yard. Shouldn't have had to tell them, should have been informed by them about characteristics. I offered to buy another species and have them replace but they would not even bend an inch saying I should have told them we didn't want thorns. I am not the landscaping expert I relied on their advice. They want $605 to replace it. Every piece of landscaping they installed looks tiny. It is the smallest plants you could find in the valley. I could not even find any as small as items they planted at Moon Valley Nursery. Very disappointed!
They also planted an orange tree just a couple feet from our house. Now I find out that it scorpions can drop on roof from that close to house and can get into house. Not happy with the Landscape broker...poor material and customer service. I also suspect all these 5 star reviews are from their employees. From the other homeowners I've spoken with at Trilogy they are not pleased either.

We worked with Ginger for our home in Trilogy, Verde River. She was always very responsive to our needs And questions. She worked with me on my vision for our landscape plan and patio wall with fireplace. We could not be happier with the result. It turned out perfect. She was very patient with me
As I changed my mind as our plan evolved.

Our home is only a couple of years old and already we've had multiple landscaping line leaks and replaced a valve that was not compliant with code. Thousands of gallons of water wasted. Very expensive. Many neighbors have had similar experiences. The developer gave them the boot.

What a professional and amazing experience. I cannot say enough about Chris and his team’s 100% attention to detail and craftsmanship. We did a comprehensive backyard transformation, including ~ 5,000 sq. ft. putting green w/retention wall, irrigation modification and major replanting. Getting an exceptionally high quality/performance putting green and aesthetically appealing landscape design were top goals for us. From design to project completion, Chris and his team were engaged, listened and facilitated concepts to reality like no other contractor we’ve worked with before. Highly recommend.

Horrible switch & bait! Took $2,000 in April have not set foot on the property I am pissed off these people are unprofessional don't return calls excuse after excuse about pavers etc etc etc this young man does not know how to run a business he's already got two complaints with a z r o c mine will be the third!🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Very professional and did great work! The crew was superb! My kids had entertainment for 3 days just watching them and “working” on the side!

Az copper scapes has employers that he don’t pay and takes money from clients up front and has his employees wait for there money my husband dug up 3 tons of rock for ZEE and he dont want to pay him .

They really tried to help me! They sent out 2 different guys to examine my project and problems trees and they ultimately had to refer me to another company. I give them 5 stars for awesome customer service. Definitely give them a try!

AZ CopperScapes provides exceptional value and beautiful results. The staff and contractors used to create an oasis in our backyard were outstanding.

They were nice until I signed the contract. Make sure you get a completion date in your contract. They didn’t start the work in time. I had to keep email/call for days before they finally arranged for pavers. They absolutely messed up the plants I ordered and finally made me take something I barely like. Now there are few issues with paver gaps, draining issue etc. I kept emailing but no response at all. I already paid 90% of the project.

AZCopperscapes has been fantastic company to work with. Zee and his entire team are knowledgeable, very friendly, detailed, honest, and hard working. They have exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them in the future for other landscaping projects.
