GPM is the best and did an amazing job! They were fast, professional and made sure everything was perfect. We cant wait to enjoy our backyard now, they really have made it stand out!

I live in an apartment complex that has hired GPM to do grounds cleaning. THEY DO NOT CARE how dirty they make your vehicle. They blow dust all over the cars and leave it there. It literally takes seconds to blow the left over dust off but instead I have to take time out of my day to clean up their mess and hope the dust doesn't scratch the paint on my car.

Living in Tempe was great if it wasn’t for all the dead trees these guys left to rot around the apartment property. When they did anything it’s always very messy and little to no cleanup effort. More harm than good. Wish they would have some pride in their profession! Majorly sub par work.

Not a big fan. They do work on the property where I live and they insist on trimming the bushes every week. Everything looks half dead and like little foot stools. The bushes don't even have time to bloom. I'm not impressed.

I can not say enough good things about GPM. They are always communicative if a schedule change takes place for a holiday. They show up week after week with professional crews that understand the nature of our business and complete there work efficiently. Rick our sales rep is extremely responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure our community looks amazing. We also receive multiple compliments on our google page from current residents that rave about how beautiful and clean our community looks. Thanks GPM for all that you do!

Liability, lacking in professionalism and attention to detail. They have on multiple occasions entered an occupied dog park (with dogs and owners attempting to leave so they can work) with running weed whackers and riding lawn mowers. They will not wait even 5 seconds for you to leave the park, they simply fling all the gates open including the exits with unleashed dogs inside. Then they leave all the gates open when they leave. Absolutely lazy and unsafe behavior with no concern for their own safety let alone the safety of their clients.

5 stars doesn’t do GPM justice. This was hands down the best group of people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They came highly referred by a top executive of a large property management company, and they didn’t disappoint. Travis, Tim, and Anthony were extremely detailed, incredibly professional and offered great service all around. The quality of work was fantastic and the finished product surpassed our expectations. They’re the best in the business and I’d recommend them all day, everyday.

I live in apartment complex who has hired GPM to do their landscaping. I have noticed the utter lack of care exhibited by the workers. The first example was during the leaf-blowing process. Instead of ensuring that debris, dirt, and leaves were properly contained within the designated areas, the landscapers allowed the aforementioned materials to be blown haphazardly all over our vehicles. This careless action resulted in an unnecessary and time-consuming clean-up effort on my part, not to mention the potential damage caused to the paintwork of my car.
Second, I am deeply dismayed to discover that during the team's tree trimming activities, a sizable branch was dropped directly onto my vehicle by a member of the team while loading the branches into their work truck. To exacerbate matters, the workers neglected to inform me of this incident. It is profoundly disconcerting to think that the employees here do not take responsibility for their actions or have the decency to inform me or our landlord promptly. I was only made aware of this unfortunate event through a concerned neighbor who witnessed the incident firsthand and approached me about it. I have personally witnessed on other occasions, the team handling tree branches in a careless manner, causing the branches to scrap across my own vehicle as well as neighboring vehicles, including a Tesla, without demonstrating due regard for their preservation. I believe this is the cause of the recent scratches that we have been finding on our vehicle.

It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' property. I think customers expect a certain level of competency and respect from your team. Regrettably, the aforementioned incidents have left me with a lasting negative impression of your company's services and I will not hire them when I have my own home and find myself searching for a landscaping company.

GPM Landscaping has a FOREVER loyal customer in me. Erick and Marco, specifically, took phenomenal care of both me AND my lawn. They went above and beyond for me by helping load a table into my car that definitely didn’t fit. I didn’t ask them to do this. They offered after finishing my landscaping! I told them I didn’t want to hold them up, but they insisted. That’s the kind of customer service you can’t even teach. And they do phenomenal work landscaping.

Before GPM our backyard was just dirt with a wet hole in the gound. They took it from true desert dirt to this misted bbq and entertainment oasis!

GPMs palm tree crew is amazing. Alvis and Johnny are taking extra care to ensure the mess that is usually left behind in the pool area is cleaned up. They are definitely showing amazing customer service and pride in their work.

The most inconsiderate company I have ever seen work in an apartment complex, parking their big vehicles in the middle of the street blocking people in their personal parking spaces, taking up multiple parking spaces in a complex that doesn’t offer many parking spaces to begin while leaving their Commercial vehicles parked there over the span of multiple days.

Agreeing with the rest of the 1-star reviews, these workers need to be more aware of their surroundings. Everytime they come to my apartment complex, they are always blocking walkways and cars from getting out. Can we please find another location that is isolated and where you're not interfering with peoples accessibility. This would be appreciated. Also, I've noticed that when they commence and finish their routine yard maintenance, leafs are still all over the complex and my patio, along with others. Hopefully, our money is better valued and appreciated moving forward.

I can’t say enough positive things about the landscapers who work at San Norterra. They take good care of the property. Always polite. Always stop the blowers if someone comes walking. It’s a pleasure to have them working here. Thanks guys!

They like to block parking and fire lanes they see me clearly trying to park and they don’t bother to move but when I accidentally hit the truck I’m at fault or say there’s a fire there in the fire lane 1 that’s a ticket which I don’t think your company wants and the guy is sitting there watching me struggle. I don’t think you guys should pay them to sit around THE FIRE LANE and block access for residents to park. Unprofessional especially sitting there and watching me struggle to park I would get if they are working but no he’s sitting there watching me !

Aloha installed new grass sprinklers and drip system in my backyard, also they replaced the drip system and repaired the sprinklers in my front yard. It has been a complete success. The only downfall is I keep screwing up the programing of the system. Adam and Jennifer always get and keep me on track. I was asked if I would hire them again absolutely.

Just another blow and go yard service.
