Unprofessional with absolutely complete lack of courtesy or respect. I had the honor of try to make a delivery while a handful of Encore employees, parked in the loading zone stood around talking and playing. When asked to please move their vehicle, as they were clearly not working, I received a rude response. If this is the type of work ethic and employee behavior that can be expected I would highly recommend using another company.

Not a good look for you guys when your workers are blasting music late at night and drinking off the hood of a company truck. This is in the parking lot of an apartment complex next to a residential neighborhood.

I canot say enough good things about Jaime and the JJJ crew. Fantastic attention to detail, prompt reliable service, and a price that is not likely to be the lowest of your bids, but it will be in the mix, and very fair for the quality of work they do. JJJ is the first service I have had that actually understands that a landscaper's job is not to mow, blow, and trim. Their job is to make your property look nice. I am a raving fan.
