So I recently had my trees done and they were amazing they were made to my expectations. When I talked to them they were really nice. I think they are outstanding

They destroy the trees and plants in our gated community. We've actually watched plants die because they cut them until there is nothing left. They need to properly train their workers on how to TRIM trees and plants. The workers cut away until there is nothing left. They're doing more damage than anything.

Best Landscaping company ever! Does a tremendous job with trimming trees and maintaining my companies landscape. Absolutely love the companies values and owners. They are super kind and flexible when it comes to working with our business schedule.

Worst Landscaping Company in the Valley! I wish they could be rated as negative stars. I've even had the owner of the company at my residence. He promised the issues that myself and other home owners have experienced with his company would be corrected. This was almost a year ago! These guys are the worst! The work is just plain bad. They don't show up when they are suppose to, and if they do show up, (which is rare), expect an awful job! I am pushing for our HOA to get rid of this company. I don't understand how and why they are even in business.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. We scheduled tree trims and landscaping services with them and they’ve rescheduled and no showed us multiple times. Owner is rude and there are hundreds of landscaping companies put there so don’t waste your time with these guys.

I have been using Back to Nature for my business landscaping needs for over 10 years. This company cares! They do a great job and will listen to my needs and desires. They have maintained our grounds, plants and trees wonderfully. They have also helped us install new plants and trees that work! On the rare instance where there is an issue with any part of their service, the are very responsive to my concerns and address them quickly. Again, a company that truly cares about its clients and about the work they provide!

I am writing this review on behalf of crew #6 headed by Mr. Juan Leyva. I manage an Arco convenience store in North Scottsdale, and we see the crew at least (3) times a week. Not only are they amazingly respectful, but very professional. Also, they do really great work. Anyone would be lucky to have them for their services!

They were hired to trim trees in my area. They cut 70% of my tree. They are butchers. And they would not stop when I asked them to do so. DO NOT USE THEM.

A company that truly does less than the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this company has the contract to take care of the townhome community I live in. Supervisors and "Quality Control" seem lazy and never even get out of their trucks to look at anything. They will not fix any problems unless the property management company yells at them first.

My husband and I made the difficult decision to have a mesquite tree removed. The roots were causing damage to our driveway and patio. We chose Back to Nature Landcare Inc. to do the job.

Back to Nature Landcare has an Arborist on sight, Jon Mathias. He is professional and has specialized knowledge in tree care and removal, ensuring the job is done safely and effectively. Jon communicates clearly and is responsive to any inquiries you may have. His crew is courteous and friendly. They are punctual, and they leave you with a clean work site when the job is finished.

My husband and I highly recommend Back to Nature Landcare. They are a reputable company with strict safety protocols and procedures to protect their workers and your property. They are licensed and certified.

Since Back to Nature has been doing work for our HOA, the grass has been trimmed too short, and the once lush lawns have turned to dirt. They have trimmed oleander (do you know how hard it is to kill oleander?!?) back so significantly it is dead, and most recently, they left all kinds of debris all over the property, without addressing the weeds or accumulated debris at the front of the property. Crews have been asked repeatedly NOT to work on specific properties, yet they come back and literally kill trees and shrubs. Their website suggests a lot of knowledge and professionalism, but the reality is a crew that slaughters the vegetation, breaks sprinkler heads, and mows too close to the ground. They are absolutely not using appropriate trimming techniques. I believe that the owners know what they are doing, but unfortunately, this hasn't translated to the people who work in HOA communities. We are in worse shape than when we hired this company.

Truck 71/72 treats streets and sidewalks of Sun City West like there own parking lot. They're either blocking half the street, blocking driveways or parked on the sidewalk. Evidently SDL doesn't value the safety of pedestrians!!

These people drive extremely reckless. I don’t know there service but anyone who drives like that, I highly doubt will care about the service they provide.

Largescale landscaping company that focus's more on larger construction projects and HOA's. It's not a company for doing you and your neighbors yard. Its more a company for doing your whole block.

Any review you see on here is likely someone who doesn't understand how large scale landscaping companies work.

I had an appointment with Brian Connolly and he never showed up. I tried to reach out as I still was interested in their services but he never returned any of my calls.

Poorly ran business. I would not recommend.
