If I could give them negative stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are lazy, they accept payment without rendering service and their employees disrespect the neighborhoods they are under contract for. I can’t wait for my community to fire them as soon as we have the chance to. I hope they go out of business. STAY AWAY!

My company works with Gothic Landscape as one of our preferred vendors and I can say that they are extremely good at what they do. The quality of work and the professionalism is second to none. If you need landscape services, you will be delighted with Gothic for your projects!

This company is an absolute disgrace! They were entrusted with maintaining the Cypress Ridge community’s front lawns and shared grounds. Instead they MASSACRED the landscape. Every single bloom, obliterated. Trees? Butchered down, TO STUMPS…all to avoid doing the proper care and trimming they were paid for. It’s VANDALISM!! Their so called “crew” is either glued to their phones or passed out in their trucks & never working, never accountable. This isn’t just neglect. It’s gross incompetence and outright destruction. Avoid them like a plague!! Do NOT…under any circumstances hire them!!

This is our second house in the Eastmark Community. Unfortunately, for an unknown reason, the Developer is still doing business with this "landscaping" company. We took ownership of our new house and got to witness their lack of professionalism and attention to detail in our font yard and all the other ones they were assigned to. According to their supervisor, using a condescending tone, I might add, they followed "the plan". According to "the plan", it seems like there was not much plants on it. Some of those plants were already dead or about to and all of them extremely tiny. It seems also that using a measuring tape is very difficult as the hopseeds for the "hedge" were put in the ground unevenly and on the side! We got another landscaper to basically start from scratch (except for the "hedge", another story) and fix this disaster. This is not a single occurrence... and yes, they will drive like maniacs in your community. We tried to gave them chances to make it right but it never happened, never their fault apparently. I invite you to take a look at their landscaping talent in attached pictures. Not much green I tell you...

UPDATE: 5000 views... Regarding the aforementioned hopseed hedge... Without letting us know, Gothic people came over to "fix" our hedge, a tiny plant was put between one of the gaps. Yet again, no sense of symmetry, totally clueless. Also, know this, showing up unannounced on people's property is called trespassing and is totally unacceptable. Never mind, we fixed it ourselves and bought another hopseed bush to replace the big one that didn't survive from being moved. (Good for you guys, you saved $10...)

Amazing design build landscaping company. They’ve completed a couple of dozen model complexes for me over the past decade, always hit budget, and execute the vision created on paper to a T. Shout out to Kristi, Gene, Heron and Miguel!

I’ve been in my house for about 7 months and the drip system they installed is only working for half of the yard and not the other half. They also said bc I put drip in my backyard it voids the front yard warranty but have failed to show me where in the warranty it says it will be voided. They just won’t stand behind their warranty! Horrible company & I wish my builder had not used them.

This company has contract with our HOA in Ghost Ranch, Casa Grande
I do not understand why, when they are in the area, one or both employees remain in the truck for extended periods and then leave without picking up any garbage or attending to shrubs that indeed need service.
Might be an idea for management to check up on employees, cause I feel I am getting screwed via the HOA for very substandard service. Our public areas and pathway are evidence of poor landscaping service.

ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE The contract on our new house allows them to install whatever, wherever. And that’s what they do. We now have to remove 5 yucca trees we didn’t ask for. Randomly stuck plants anywhere. Left a big hole in the middle with nothing. Poor grading, drips not working.

I would like to thank Gothic Landscape for their hard work and dedication to my backyard project. Communication with their west valley dispatch was easy and comfortable to coordinate with. Any questions or concerns I had, they answered it with reason and different ideas. The project consisted of coordinating and pricing my rocks around our backyard professionally. Great Job Gothic Landscape. I would definitely recommend this company for future projects. Also, a special shout out to Supervisors Juan and Richard for keeping me in the loop on things. 👍🏾

Do not do business with this company, they do not pay their bills, won't return emails or phone calls. They have 2 outstanding invoices with us one Jan 2019 and March 2019. Stay away if that is how they conduct their business.

AWFUL company. They threaten and scam their own employees. They short checks and don’t value peoples time nor financial needs. This company is unethical. Once i saw an entire truck/team getting hammered and drunk at Barros Pizza in Mesa. Can’t say i blame them- they’re not getting paid on time or they’re getting shorted money anyway. This company is nothing short of failure.

The Grounds Control office isn't the most organized but their stellar employees make up for their short-falls. Justin came out this morning to get our palm trees trimmed and has been wonderful to work with! It is not every day that vendors are willing to work with me to create a schedule that minimizes disruption to our business and residents, but he was more than happy to! I greatly appreciate his willingness to work with me and his thorough communication and timeliness! Grounds Control - keep this guy and his team around, he represents your business well.

Valentine was fast, nice and did great work. I would highly recommend him for any landscaping needs you have. He was able trim my tree/bushes and clean brush from my yard with less than a 24 hour turnaround.
