I really don't want to complain about the service at Lowe's. I'm not sure what they get paid. But many of the people that I have asked actually didn't know anything about or could not help me with my problem. Overall the service is fairly good so I gave them four stars because they got the things I need just sometimes the people that are working there aren't always the best informed.

This is the third Lowes location I have been to in a week. Every one of them are ridiculously slow. They have no help. You can't find anybody to help you and the checkout line in the nursery was ridiculous here yesterday it took me 30 minutes to go through the line with 4 or 5 people in front of me. It's home Depot for me from now on

Went in to buy a new washing machine. Tim was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Lowe's had a MUCH bigger selection than the competitors. Very happy with the service and selection. Being as it was Memorial Day...it was even on sale making it that much better.

I am usually happy with Lowe's, but Lowe's in general needs to step up their game on in-store customer service I waited 20 minutes for someone to come help finally couldn't wait any longer and left without anything.

Good customer service everywhere but the garden center. They never answer the phone and seem to not know very much when im there in person. It's very frustrating. The garden manager is also never available, on the phone or in person. They have reasonable prices if you already know what you're looking for. They are good about returns with a receipt on plants. Inside the store is a little more hospitable.

We like Lowe' - my husband for the technical stuff 😅 - and I for the garden department. I have just returned from Lowe's Happy Valley where I had the pleasure to talk to Monica and Taylor about my plants

Excellent today, went in for a few more houseplants and they had a great selection at reasonable prices. Plus the proper accessories all in one central location (pots, potting soil, fertilizer sticks). Even had check out staff so I didnt need to 'self check'. Car-Store-Car 15 minutes. Great store!

I will never buy another thing from Lowe's again! After spending thousands of $ @ this store and others across the country, all over a $15 deposit for a bulk sandbag that I returned. I never received the $15 back after making a second trip back with the receipt and waiting on the long customer service line. I asked for a scissor to cut my Lowe's card. They didn't have that either. I crumbled the card in my hand. It will be mailed back to corporate. Bye, Bye.

The worst Lowe's experience have ever been to........had to go back twice and both times had to deal with employees that were having a bad day and it was obvious that they DID NOT want to be at work....home depot next time

Went in the store on Thursday asking about dishwashers and found one that was in stock to be delivered on Friday. Called Friday, then Saturday, and then Sunday and finally someone found the dishwasher on the loading dock. She then told me to call the installer to set up an appointment. After calling a Lowe's number for the install they informed me that the dishwasher could not be found. The store then called me back and told me they would have to cancel the order and reorder everything because they lost the dishwasher. I went to home Depot after canceling through Lowe's and it's being delivered today. Never going through Lowe's again.

Absolutely Fantastic Service at this location!! If you need Help ask for Christian He is a lot of Help and knowledgeable! We need to order replacement Door locks and handles and Found a 20% loyal member coupon, does not hurt utilize your coupons.. And also pet friendly. Nice to get them out of the house .. oh the Garden department, i cant get my better half out of that area.. Enjoy Life.. the rug the pups on is from Lowes.. lol

They threw a perfectly healthy and beautiful $65 plant in the trash because I returned it "more than a day after purchasing it"!!

When I expressed my upset at this and wanted to repurchase it because I felt that was an idiotic policy, the return clerk informed me that I was unable to repurchase the plant "because it is no longer considered an item for sale" AND they were unable to void the return.

Two employees, whom I complained to about said policy, were both shocked and each of them stated they were completely unaware that it was policy that the plant was to be thrown out.

I truly can't fully explain just WHY I'm so upset about this and I honestly feel like this whole situation is completely bizarre. Why THROW AWAY a perfectly healthy plant just because it was purchased 4 days ago?!

Lowe's, I'm very disappointed. I will never purchase plants from any of your stores again.

Just bought 4 beautiful and healthy basil...2 green, 1 purple and a Thai basil. Lowe's always has a good selection....except they had no chives at this time! I will keep checking back!!

They always seem to have what I came in for. Friendly staff, well stocked and organized products. Items are easy to find check out a smooth and quick. Went from a 2 drain sink to a single drain. With hookups for disposal and dishwasher. The mobile home I was working on had different Plumbing then originally came with. And they work me through that with no problem. After that project went so well I decided to do a whole kitchen remodel I'll send updates on that.

It's a great store and all but they keep on moving stuff around all the time and it gets annoying. But besides that it's a very great store

Everything is either dead or on the cusp of it. There are no useful tools, seeds, planters or anything else that you would expect to find here. It feels like an abandoned warehouse full of cheap garden furniture and dusty old hoses.
