I have a neighbor who uses this company and her yard is always so beautiful. I decided to follow her lead and call R & 3Js Lawncare to get an estimate for my own yard.

Felix is who I directly communicated with and I was completely surprised and happy by how fast he responded to my service call. He was very friendly and personable.

I asked for an estimate for weed control of my front and back yard. Also, trimming/hedging services for the (4) small bougainvillea bushes in the back, the bushes against the walls along the side area and the one bush in the front.

I was quoted a very fair price for everything I needed and was given a warranty to kill 98%of the existing weeds and if in 4 weeks the weeds continues growing, Felix offered to come back and respray it again at no cost.

I will continue to use R & 3Js Lawncare and I highly recommend them. (Before and after photos included)

I use this company for several properties. They do a great job! At one location we use them for monthly yard maintenance, they come on time and take care of anything that needs to be done without being asked. They have even taken care of fallen branches from a tree we have. I have been using them since January and have not had a single complaint.

Since they were doing such a great job with that, I decided to inquire about removing jungle-like weeds from my backyard that had taken over with all the rain. I gave them my budget for the project, they came out to take a look and came back with a fair and appropriate offer to clean things up.

Less than a week later they were out at my home to complete the job. I was blown away by how amazing things looked. They even cut down a little grass patch in the front yard in addition! On top of that they sprayed to kill the weeds and guaranteed 98% to be gone after several weeks or they will come back and spray again!

I can't say enough good things about this company! If you're looking for a great local lawn service look no further! They also do irrigation repair!

Felix and his crew have done a wonderful job each time I've requested their services, including irrigation system repair and maintenance of backyard landscaping. Not only did he work with me directly with clear communication, but he gave me some good advice on maintenance I could perform myself for the future. Service was smooth and quick, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The landscaping in our HOA is either butchered down to the ground or running a muck. They are watering The grass right now at 2:45 in the afternoon. Anyone Knows that you don’t water grass in the sun, that it will burn

Workers speed through neighborhoods while "slow down kids playing" signs and actual children are present. 40mph through a residential neighborhood? Talk to your drivers.

Horrible landscaping here in anthem Merrill ranch. Since they started every plant that dies they never replace and they let weeds grow wild......... horrible on the job drinking crews.

Blowing dust right onto properties instead of picking up leaves . With lie cloud cover the air pollution is shocking. Please use your brains

I live at Spectrum at Val Vista. I pay an HOA fee of $525 every 3 months and 75% of it goes toward landscaping. Here it is the middle of May and I barely have any grass growing in my front yard. I'm very unhappy with Four Peaks. :(((

Drivers will try to run you off the road despite hauling a trailer. Extremely unprofessional especially when driving a company vehicle. From other reviews it appears their work is sub par as well. Speaks for itself.
