I was referred to a plumbing service by my realtor for an urgent issue I was having with my heating system and a broken laundry room pipe. To my surprise, they returned my call quickly after the answering service reached out to them and arrived within just 20 minutes. Giovanni and Kaden worked efficiently on both problems at the same time and had everything fixed in under an hour, wrapping up well before the afternoon. They were initially planning to finish their work earlier, but they chose to help me out before starting their holiday weekend, and I truly appreciate that! They came fully equipped with all the necessary tools, including a high-tech crimping tool, and took the time to explain how my heating system works.

I'm extremely grateful to Donald & Sons Water Heaters LLC! I made a call and within an hour, Giovanni was at my doorstep, even though it was a busy Friday. Sadly, the diagnosis for my leak indicated that my 50-year old water main line needed a replacement. However, Giovanni kindly gave me a $400 discount for being a loyal customer, which might be true since this was my third plumbing repair with them within a year. It's been a year filled with water and plumbing issues, which is quite unusual. Moreover, another commendation for Giovanni is his proficiency. He managed to complete that massive repair all in the same afternoon! His customer service has been outstanding, I must say. After the installation, he performed a thorough check on my faucets' flow, hot water heater, and found some mud clogging up the line's filters, which he quickly cleaned out. What's more, he discovered a 1/8' tiny gas line (which was connected to a now non-existent lamp) that wasn't capped. He capped it at no extra charge! I can't sing enough praises for Giovanni. He's extremely professional and a master at his craft. In addition to everything, he also stopped by the next work day to quickly close off the slightly open backyard faucet's valve which was causing the water meter to move slightly. Giovanni is extremely thorough and skilled!

Mateo and his crew did a fantastic job! He used a camera to show me the inside of the pipes under my house, which was really helpful. He was polite and friendly the whole time. I’ve never had such a great experience with plumbers before. Other plumbers I’ve used didn’t even have cameras—they just told me I needed new pipes and tried to charge me more. When they took out the old pipes, Mateo made sure I could see how bad they were, so I knew replacing them was the right choice. The pipes were cracked from one side of the house to the other, and there was a big piece missing in one spot. I highly recommend calling Mateo for any plumbing issues!
