Johnny came out on time and then a really nice job clearing my main drain which is really stuck in another company couldn't do it but he did it very efficiently I also asked him about my sink in the bathroom which is always clogged and he came over and showed me correctly how to fix a drain in the bathroom where there's a lot of hair in it no charge just being nice thank you

I can't thank these guys enough. Poopy water was backing up in my tub and toilet, overflowing on my bathroom floor. They made it out to my house quick at 930pm and got right to work. they were friendly and took the time to explain the repair process. I would absolutely recommend the Drain Pros for any plumbing needs.

I had a clog in my drain on a Saturday. Sewage was backing up into my shower. I called Drain pros and they were able to come to my house in about an hour. The price was very reasonable, and it only took him about 20 minutes to clear the clog and run a camera through it to show me that it was cleared. I will definitely be going to them if I have any issues in the future.

James arrived quickly and was eager to figure out a solution. He explained my options and we did the hydro jet as I was having a lot of main line issues. He spent as much time was needed to do the job right and also provided a warranty. Really happy with the quality of service and expertise. I would definitely use their company again.

Chris Walsmann showed up on-time (early even!) and asked to see the site and where the electrical breaker was. He installed a new water heater & expansion tank on a difficult to reach location above a washroom - and made it look easy. He was both personable and will be back to fix a leaky faucet tomorrow.
