Wow, what can I say? Caine is awesome listen to exactly what I asked him. I wanted it was quick to give me the information that I needed and helped me make my decision. He is an excellent technician.!!

If I could give these guys 7 stars I would! I just had a new ac unit put in by them yesterday and I’m loving it! This company responded so fast and their office team and ac tech’s were so respectful and very helpful thru the process of the install. I would recommend them to all my family and neighbors. These guys are fast, knowledgeable, and were very very respectful. Seven star service. Thank you everyone who helped me get my unit. ❤️❤️

5 star service for technician negative review for office secretary she said her name is Drea or Andrea. I was calling around looking for HVAC services. And found oh no plumbing and air. When I was asking for info the girl who answered the phone made me feel like she was rushing a tech out before I could even get my questions answered. I did mention I was caliling to receive Only general info on my unit, however she was EXTREMELY PUSHY about having a TECH visit my home to do diagnostic. When I refused due to me not being able to afford it at this moment she stated IT IS FREE AT NO VOST TO YOU AND WHATEVER TIME YOU WANT OUR TECH TO GO she said. A Technician came out and told me what he was going to do. Not only did he find the problem but he went through my whole system and showed me the condition it was in. The Techs name is Javier made me feel so comfortable and reassured me I definitely got my moneys worth out of my 20 year old system. Then came the miscommunication, I told Andrea I had no $ for repairs at this time and that I only wanted to know so I could plan ahead. Javier who came up with incredible solutions was understandably upset when I told him I couldn't do anything. When I told him I told Andrea over the phone that I couldn't do anything I felt so bad I wasted his time. When I asked him how far was his commute to my home, he replied he came all the way from west Phoenix. Mind YOU I RESIDE IN ARIZONA CITY. Therefore he was understandably upset when I told him his office told me he was 15 mins away on another job. I also told him I felt bad I didn't have anything to pay him which I EMPHASIZED to ANDREA several times over the phone but she told me everything was free. This poor guy rushed to my house under false pretenses thinking he was gonna get some work and help me but was horribly disappointed. Poor guy drove 2 hours to try to come help me which I just could not do. I don't. Recommend this company for any of HVAC SERVICES. The Technicians are GREAT but the OFFICE STAFF has NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR HOW TO READ A MAP AT ALL & maybe training the office staff to SHOW EMPATHY TO THE TECHS WHO ARE OUT IN THE FIELD DOING THE LONG DRIVES

Matt did a great professional job. He was accommodating and helpful and explained everything he did. when unanticipated difficulties arose, he adjusted and modified as needed to get everything completed. i very much appreciated his friendly and professional work and communication.

Cain did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. Explained what was needed, kept us updated throughout and even ran to the store to grab some materials he needed so he could get us taken care of right then and there. To cap it off, even though we had to cut a hole out of our wall to get to the leak, he left that area and bathroom cleaner than they were before he got there. That’s what you want when you call a company. Request Cain.

Before wrapping up, he thoroughly checked all of our indoor plumbing ensuring once again everything was working perfectly.

We were disappointed that the two to four hour job turned into ten hours. We were also disappointed to find out that fixing the drywall cutouts was not included in the job. The installed filter by Skyler and Jesus looks good.

The service put on booties over his work boots prior to entering my house. Those small things stand out to me. Caine, the service tech, didn't try to sell me anything. He just made sure I was well informed on water softener/RO systems. My hat's off to him. I would highly recommend this service tech.

I had the pleasure of having Damion with plumbing and Curtis with AC come and do a home inspection. Both went above and beyond and provided great insight into things that I could do to keep my home running with out issues. Damion’s inspection was super detailed and answered a couple of questions we just never had an answer to. Curtis was also able to diagnose a problem that is having our unit not run properly. I will definitely be having both come back out for future services. Both are a great techs and a great asset to the company.

Highly recommend this company! My A/C went out on Thursday , they came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate, I called them the next day and by Saturday, everything was done professionally, responsibly and efficiently! Matt was great to talk to, informative and no nonsense. Isaac and Ivan installed my new A/Cs and were very professional! They made sure that I was completely happy with their work.

We have now used Oh No twice once for AC and once for plumbing! They are super communicative and priced perfectly. They uses texting to communicate and you get notifications of who to expect and when. An absolutely great experience. Highly recommend!

Just was service by Oh No. Complete inspection of my furnace and AC system. From beginign to end this process was seamless and without hiccups. From speaking to Kasey scheduling the appointment following up with Andrea for an ETA and Matt was completely professional. Explained what he was doing what he was looking for from tightening bolts and screws to perameters for electrical current. Recommend things such as hard start and soft start to help my electric bill and very considerate of me and my families needs with allergies and recommended an air scrubber. I couldnt have asked for a better experience from the professionalism to the knowledge that was shared. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

I was scheduled for Chris come out and repair a leaking hose bib in my backyard. First and foremost, the office staff was very friendly and helpful and made scheduling this very simple. I received updates to when Chris was going to arrive and when he finally arrived. I really liked how Chris was so informative and detailed in his work. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, which I really appreciated because I don't usually get that level of service nowadays. Im naturally curious about plumbing but too afraid to try any of it myself, so Chris giving me the time he did without seeming rushed to finish the job was refreshing. The pricing was very fair for the level of service provided and the work done, and this was overall a very pleasant experience. Kudos to management for keeping this level of service alive.

Oh No came as a referral from my neighborhood social media group. They were able to get me scheduled quickly for maintenance on my AC and tankless water heater and pricing has been fair so far. I was initially impressed by Andrea, who reached out to schedule my service and followed up when she said she would. Don came out for my plumbing and was great. He is very knowledgable and was able to clearly articulate everything he recommended and next steps.

I used the get a free quote service on Yelp to find a plumber that can swap out a Moen cartridge in my shower and got a response from Oh No Plumbing. I let them know that I had a replacement cartridge already from Moen and that the set screw on the handle was stripped. They said they could have someone swap out the shower cartridge for $166 so I got scheduled. Day of the appointment they don't show up until after 3pm for a 10am to 2pm arrival window.

The plumber Chris goes to work and is unable to take the shower handle off to get to the cartridge because of the stripped screw which he should have already known about. I agree to let him cutoff the handle and install a new handle and trim kit. My wife had to run to Home Depot and pick up a new kit while he was cutting off the handle so he could install it. This ended up being a bad decision causing us to not have water for the whole house until the next day!

He has a hard time getting the cartridge out even with the removal tool that was sent by Moen with the replacement cartridge and breaks off the cartridge inside of the removal tool. He ends up having to drill out the cartridge and what should have been a quick simple swap out is now taking about 2 hours. With the handle and cartridge removed he is having a hard time getting the new cartridge in and questions whether it is the correct one or not. Says that Moen has 6 different cartridges and this might not be the right one. No, this is a Moen Posi-Temp shower so it would be the Moen 1222/1222B cartridge which is what Moen had sent out and was same as what was already in there. After trying multiple times unsuccessfully to insert the new cartridge he says that we will need to have the valve replaced and it will cost $1,240!

Well we are kinda of screwed at this point because the main water is off and can't be turned back on until the cartridge has been replaced so agree. But because they were late and took so long to get to this point they can no longer get the parts necessary to complete the job until the next morning meaning no water for us for the rest of the night. He says they will cut a whole in the closet to access the valve and then cover with a panel. He says they will put plastic down when he comes back and cover up vent so that dust doesn't go everywhere and will be here first thing in the morning after getting parts from the store they work with.

He comes back in the morning and goes to work, doesn't use any plastic tarps like he said. He needs to borrow a pair of scissors to cut out the template for the new kit cause he didn't come prepared with all the tools he needs so I give him the pair of scissors we had in the kitchen. After he leaves I remembered I gave him the scissors and he didn't hand them back before he left. I messaged him after he left if he had them and he said no, that he thought he put them on the shelf on the closet. Checked all over and they are gone. Messaged him again if he was sure, he said he would check and didn't have them. My guess is he took them by mistake when he packed up and didn't want to drive all the way back here to return them. Now my wife is out of her $150 Cutco kitchen shears. The access panel that was supposed to cover the hole in the closet is a joke. You can see from the picture how poor of a job this was. I would definitely not recommend this company. They clearly are inexperienced and do not do quality work.
