He hooked up our new barbecue to our gas; it took different connections and showed us how to work this Summit complicated barbecue. Matthew was on time and polite. We will use him again!

Matthew was great. It was a simple clogged shower drain, but he was efficient clean and friendly. Rooter Hero charged $49, no service fee, and offered evening hours. I definitely won't hesitate to call them again.

Gabriel was awesome! It wasn’t an emergency, but he was still at my house within 30 minutes of me calling. He listened and fixed exactly what my issue was and double checked with me to make sure it was resolved. The whole process was easy, friendly, and affordable.

Rudy got a tough job done on the same day. Great company, they come out the same day.

Avoid this company. We called them for the kitchen that was slow down to check what is going on and possibly snake it down.
They came about 2 hours after we made the call.
Rudy Gonzales came and didn't look like he wanted to work and do anything. He saw that the water is flowing/draining. He tried to put the snake down, without any effort to resolve anything, used small batery operated tool that looked like a toy and spent max 3-4 minutes to inform us that we will need a hydro jet because the snake can't remove the buildup.
The service that he recommended was over $1000!!!
And he clogged the sink!! It was just fine but would slow down every couple of days and since we got their coupon in the mail $54 for sample cleaning we decided to call them, BUT they just messed it up. After he left I called them 3 times and every time was different person so I needed to explain the situation over and over. They didn't do anything about that, and while on the phone I was receiving text messages if we wanted to proceed and schedule the hydro jet. What a shame! We found another company and when they came with very long and powerful snake, unclogged the drain and laughed that Rooter Hero was recommending the hydro jet. We requested the refund. Its been a 6 days since we had the service and we still didn't receive the refund of $54 that we paid to him to clog the drain Ha!
Zero stars for this company. They are just trying to sell their expensive services and get the customers with their scam coupons😤

They were fast and efficient. The problem with the drain was resolved quickly. Rudy also offered some additional advice since I was having other work done. I appreciated the thoroughness and advice. I would highly recommend their services.

Drake, was my main point of contact on this project. His professionalism and patience was impeccable. He also went above and beyond to help troubleshoot any problems that I had questions about. Drake deserve the best of accolades and a raise from my view!

This is a place of business. They charged us $1,800 for a proactive jetting and camera just to verify all good for a construction project. Almost month later called them back for a backed up toilet as they were bragging worry free and assuring this service was under warranty. When I called Rudy he said without even coming out not under warranty due to a bladder issue in pipes but wasnt even an issue in that area as other restroom fine. I explained I was only trying to clear something in line and they ignored what I was asking and wanted to still charge $1400 as they were 100% certain from our conversation that this was the issue. I called another plumbing company and they found what they call a soft blockage as was a tampon in line. That would have been one expensive tampon at discounted rate of $1,400. How kind of them. Not sure how this company stays in business but wont ever give my business to them again. I still cant believe they wouldn't listen with our issue and only wanted to straight up charge excess $$$ from speculation. The whole interaction felt super shady and it was. Get your quotes and if it feels off pass.

Rudy was awesome. honest and I highly recommend him.
I had an issue with Dishwasher not draining,, he did full inspection of the line and determined that the issue was a cap needed to be removed from garbage disposal. He did that and things worked great. He didn’t make the situation more complicated than it is unlike others. Thank you so much Rudy!

Daniel is very professional and did not pressure me to do the repair until I get another bid. I need a drip hose, which is unfortunately under the driveway, repaired. I did not give 5 stars because I’m not certain that this is the type of repair Rooter Hero does very often. I will post another review if I decide to go with this company.
