Leonard did an amazing job helping us with our water heater repair. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly. When the first part he installed didn’t completely solve the issue—our water heater is pretty old and needed another part—Leonard drove all the way back to the shop in Phoenix to pick up what was needed, then returned and stayed until our hot water was fully restored. Even though it was late in the evening, he made sure we had hot water before he left, which we really appreciated in this Arizona heat. Zachary, who I spoke to on the phone, was super helpful and friendly, making the whole process easy. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in Phoenix needing a plumber.

i had a really great experience with Vaughan Family Water Heaters and plumber zachary. when another plumber tried to charge me a few hundred dollars to replace several pipes under my kitchen sink, zachary checked it out and realized all it needed was a quick tighten, nothing more! for another plumbing problem in my home, zachary took the time to explain what was going on and showed me which parts needed to be replaced. he was patient, detailed, and fair with everything he did. zachary believes in teaching homeowners, especially new ones like me, so we can understand our plumbing and take better care of our houses. because of his approach, i now ask more questions and look for plumbers who are as thorough as he was. before leaving, he even showed me where my main water shut-off valve is and how to use it. the service was excellent, and i’ll definitely call again next time i need a plumber.

My wife reached out to Vaughan Family Water Heaters, as we needed a lot of plumbing work done during our home renovation. We were both very impressed because Leonard checked every box for us! Leonard is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and always keeps things tidy and efficient—honestly, that’s putting it lightly. He installed a new toilet in our master bathroom, fitted faucets in both the master and guest bathrooms, and even put in a new sink and a motion sensor faucet—all done perfectly. His plumbing skills are top-notch. We already have him scheduled to return for more work, including installing another toilet in the guest bathroom, a garbage disposal, and running a water line to our refrigerator for the ice maker. We’re also planning to have him help us set up a smart WiFi thermostat for the air conditioning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services. I appreciated that they were able to send out a technician earlier than everyone else I contacted, but they were very delayed from the time they set and ended up completing the job the next day. My biggest issue was the lack of communication about the delay. The job was well done and the technician was straightforward, so that was worth some stars for this review.

Rudy Gonzalez arrived in a timely manner and cleared the issues quickly and was very professional the whole time.

Octavio was terrific. He explained the situation and how to care for the plumbing moving forward. Would us them again especially Octavio.

I am very happy with the work that was done on my sewer lines and water lines by your company of rooter hero. Every technician that was here on this project we're very hard-working and professional. Every home owners worst nightmare. Having a gas leak. Even worse, it was on a Saturday night. . Gas company shut off the gas.

Sunday morning I get up and start calling companies to come out. It was not a good experience. The big "and sons" companies were charging crazy fees just to come out on an "emergency" weekend call. Several online sites didn't even have a phone number I could call. Simply a form to fill out. Didn't know if I'd get a response in an hour or a day.

Rooter Hero had someone answer the phone. Took my info and I was told a tech would call me back. 10 min later I got a text and call from the tech thst he was on his way.

Troy from Rooter Hero was already in my garage investigating the gas leak when I was getting call backs from these other companies.

Troy was very friendly and answered all my questions even before I agreed to any service.

The night before, the gas company tech was not able to find the source of the leak. Troy was able to find the leak and went through the trouble of explaining to me the parts he changed. He also informed me of other services his company provides such as AC check ups, which are almost mandatory here in AZ.

Overall, Troy turned a stressful experience to a rather painless experience. One of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys I've had do a service on my house.

Matt showed up immediately to my house within a half hour of Chloe. My wife was panicking because the smell inside the house was getting intense. I told him that we have a stuffed up drain and he went to work immediately wasted no time got on the roof snake the drain out everything works perfect whist so happy that he showed up like he did. First of all this company has a great deal where they’ll do a drain for the first time for $49 (while coupon lasts) and of course that’s just so they can assess and see what the problem is. Well Matthew N was SO helpful he explained everything to us and told us our options. So grateful for his expertise and his honestly. Definitely not the type of company that is scamming you to get money out of you, they’re honest and their work shows for it. Thank you Matthew!!
