You have an outstanding employee working for you. I've been in the Service industry for over 49 years. Had staff sizes from 11 up to over 2300 employees at the Convention Center. I wish I could if had even employee like Daniel. Make sure you take good care of him and show your appreciation.

I highly recommend Rooter Hero. From the time that I called them and the time the tech arrived was less than 2 hours. He was very professional and service was quick. If it was up to me I would give him a raise.

Ernesto was professional, friendly and didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need! And he came within 60 minutes on a Sunday! No extra charge for weekend!
The washer kept over flowing and we couldn't use dishwasher and washer at same time. Ernesto found someone put a plastic bag in the line when we bought the house and it was blocking the line from fully draining...it's been perfect since! Thank you Rooter Hero and Ernesto! I highly reccomended!

The plumbers who came to my home did an outstanding job! They were professional, punctual, and took the time to explain what was going on with my kitchen pipes. They used hydrojetting to clear the lines, and the results were phenomenal — my sink is draining perfectly now with no lingering issues. I really appreciated their attention to detail, respect for my home, and friendly attitude throughout the visit. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable plumbing experts.

He diagnosed the problem quickly and discussed the different options to resolve the issue. I had been worried that my problem was something major but after Drake explained everything I learned it was nothing serious and could be resolved quickly. Super fast appointment booking online, quick response too. I had the pleasure of Rudy and Robert come check out a plumbing issue at my house. Both were polite, courteous and on time. Rudy and Robert took time to explain what they recommended, how they were going to achieve it, and after the job explained what they had found and mitigation strategies for the future. It really was fantastic service, and they are both a credit to their company.

From the moment we discovered issues, the sales and office staff at OH NO Plumbing and Air Conditioning promptly scheduled our upcoming service, making sure to be mindful of our schedules. They even initiated communication informing us each time they were headed to our home to perform service. OH NO Plumbing and Air Conditioning had the incredible job of removing an existing water softener system that was corroded and leaking as well as removing and installing two new A/C units in our home last week. I feel it is important to mention the fact that the temperature conditions outside were HOT, breaking heat records in the valley. The team was incredibly polite and courteous, attentive to our needs and answered every question we had. Mikie, Antonio, Levi, and Jacob worked not only, professionally but efficiently, all day, to get our units installed to make sure we had our A/C up and running for a comfortable night. They were back bright and early the next day to complete the final touches to our A/C install and then proceeded to reinsulate our attic, an incredible undertaking, especially with the temperatures in the 100s. Greg and Josh, with the plumbing team, reinstalled a water conditioning system as well as an R/O system after problem solving the leaking, corroded pipes. This team of highly motivated professionals with OH NO PLUMBING and Air Conditioning are top notch! We highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and A/C needs! Greg came out to service our Tankless Water Heaters. He was very insightful & thorough. Made sure everything was working properly and went the extra mile to take care of us as customers. Was a great tech and would recommend him to anyone!

Michael was great! He was efficient in servicing our a/c and let us know things that we would need to replace in the future. He then explained in detail so we understood what was going on. He was not pushy and made us feel comfortable. Michael was very respectful and made sure to clean up any mess he made. I would recommend him as a technician to everyone.

Came out for a periodic HVAC check. Arrived promptly did the check. Given the advanced age of the unit recommended it be replaced even though it was working for now. The verbal estimate was very good! Now eagerly awaiting a written estimate that includes a couple of alternative models.

The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and finish the work on time. I will be calling them the next time I need something.
