These guys do a pretty good job. There fast and if they don't have it, they can get it quick. Greg at the Chandler office is usually who I use.

I called in looking for a 28" hot water tank pan, they said they had 2 in stock. I get down here and they said they can't find them. Would have saved me a trip if the person over the phone would have physically checked. Waste of my gas and time.

Don’t shop here this place is racist! I purchased a toto toilet from them for a major remodel I was doing on our bathroom. During this rebuild, I had a tenant die from covid, and it took me 3 months to fix it up. My mother died and I am still dealing with her estate as I write this issue. When I opened the box up that had our toto wall mounted toilet was shipped in, I took this picture for fear of damage. Unfortunately my concerns were valid because the toilet had a small scratch we will have to live with because their return policy has a 180 day limit. I'm not going to buy a $1,000 toilet to replace it. Make sure you check your packages before this time period expires.

Called early on a Saturday morning to inquire about plumbing parts...a recording said all reps were busy and to leave a message and phone # and a rep would return the call. No call so I called l and left a 2nd msg.... And no call at all thru noon when they closed... I guess they do not care about treating their customers well....

Only gave three stars because u can always get what others dnt carry, but ull spend double here then you hojaka, the only problem with hojaka is there's only two locations.
Home depo beats their prices most of time to be honest. I've had two.sales people say "they fixed it" but haven't, so I just don't go to Fergusons unless I have too. Each company has a different price on items, so if they favor u, you'll get a great price lol, o well I guess I spend thousands a day in material if it were my company I'd be pist if I lost that just business

I know companies need to make a profit but to literally charge $36 for a valve that I can get at any Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace, or even walmart for $15 is just theft. People work hard for their money and I don’t appreciate your legally stealing from me. NEVER AGAIN

They can’t sell a product correctly

Hate this place with a passion. Workers have the worst customer service. Never really have what you need and overpriced BUT it’s the one of the only plumbing supply houses we use. Still wish it was Winsupply. They actually take care of ya

This place should be no stars. Poor customer service. Their employees tell you they are at a certain location. When u get there 15 minutes later they are not there. They were just a phone operator that lies to you. Ferguson sucks. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid aggravation. Just call Kohler in Wisconsin. They have helpful knowledgeable customer service representatives. They will help you. Ferguson employees...not the case. They are rude, incompetent, and could care less if you buy from them or not. ...and this has happened more than once. I will never go back EVER...

Zero stars is more fitting. If you’re not a plumber, don’t go here! If you are not a plumber and you do go, they will belittle you because they think you should know what you are looking for and if you don’t tough cookies! It’s definitely a plumbers only zone! I guess contractors don’t count! I’ll happily not ever return!

Note to management: this is not the only horrible customer service rating… perhaps it’s time to find employees who actually want to work! I know I don’t have problems firing jerks!

I’ve had a cash account with Ferguson for years and have been buying from them across different employers for over 20 years. But lately, pricing on my cash account has skyrocketed. Water heaters, for example, are often $150+ more than retail and $200–$250 more than competitors just a mile from the Deer Valley location. They’ve thrown out the excuse that the quality is superior - which the same model Bradford-White up the road is also $150’ less and actually cheaper than a retail model.

Today I needed four simple 12” x 1-1/4” galvanized nipples. Two were in stock at a competitor, two at Ferguson. I figured I’d eat the $10 premium and grab the rest at Ferguson. I paid $12 each elsewhere—Ferguson rang them up at $73 each. One of the counter guys I’ve dealt with before saw the absurd pricing and dropped it to $52 each—the best he could do. Still ridiculous.

Meanwhile, ACE had them for $9.99. It’s clear Ferguson has no interest in individual tradesmen shopping with them anymore.

Pretty well know nation wide chain however here in the valley they have the knowledge of particular things that contractors (service) & (new construction) might come across or need. They also have just about everything standard you'd need also. The only thing I'd caution is if your in a hurry, but I would avoid the main distribution hub by downtown phoenix, and that's not neccassary thier fault there just super busy all the time.
