After hours of getting nowhere with Home Depot's warranty to replace my broken water heater, I decided to replace the unit with a different company. I called Water Heaters Only because of the awesome reviews online, and they did not disappoint me. I first spoke with Paul over the phone, who was extremely helpful (but others in their office are just as awesome when you call). Trevor E. was our technician, and he did an awesome job installing our new water heater. He was on time, very kind, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only for quality service!

Don S. Was the Professional Installer Technician that arrived on time, evaluated the situation of installing a new Water Heater Tank. He gave me the quote and I accepted it. He is a totally professional in his work habits. He was very thorough in removing the old tank and replacing it with the new tank. He checked and doubled checked his work insuring everything was installed perfectly. His work ethics are truly professional. He displays great people etiquette In due time the job was completed and he went over the procedure on how to startup the uni and how to drain the unit. If there is an Award for The Best Technician of the Month, I’ll give him my vote. Great Job Don.
