My prices were very fair.
I highly recommend them.

Hi I appreciate your reply but unfortunately didn't quite work out like that...we were wondering as a business what could you do to make the situation right..as a customer service representative you should know how to ease situations and understand business needs now we ain't looking for nothing free. Just looking for you to meet us halfways at least... since we don't have money like that i just feel to throw away 400 like that especially after my dad is recovering from covid after being 2 months intubated. As a son I did get irritated when the young man tried jumping at my dad insulting him of something that wasn't true im sure yall good people but unfortunately didn't know how to handle this situtation. I am sure once the owner watches the video you have...he will fix your mistakes.

They pointed me in the right direction with a DIY project I was doing and were nice and patient with my never ending questions. I feel empowered now to try a bigger project next time. I will definitely be back.

Jose’s Sheet Metal is my one stop shop!!!!! The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Sooo friendly. They bent a sheet metal piece of mine while I waited. The price was outrageously LOW!
They gave me a free soda while I waited. Don't waste your time shopping elsewhere!

The service I received here was quick and easy. Everything went smoothly and I received a lot of useful information from a representative there. I will definitely keep using this company in the future. Thank you again!

Terrible service! The young man that helped us expressed his frustration with us by using foul language. We recognized that there was a mistake and were willing to take the loss. Might be time for some customer service training. I prefer to patronize local business but, I wouldn’t recommend this particular one.

This is by far the best metal fabrication shop in the valley. They take pride in their work and always take care of customers. They also carry a huge selection of stuff more than just sheet metal. Great supplies and of course awesome tools as well. Do yourself a favor and stop in to one of their locations and see for yourself.

These guys do great work. They can make anything you ask for and they are great about making sure they build the right thing.

Best sheet metal shop in town!

Been using Jose’s Sheet Metal for custom work, and they’ve been spot on, on everything. Prices are affordable and the customer service is great. Definitely recommend them to anyone here in Arizona since they’re a local own business.

Jose’s sheet metal is hands down best In The Valley. Honest, reliable, very excellent prices. Quality is always top notch. Multiple years of working with them never let me down once!

The team at Jose sheet metal is Great Kevin and Eddie did a great job of helping me get my order placed.

I have been doing business with Jose Sheet Metal for 10+ years. I always receive quality materials from them and the office/watehouse staff is always quick to help! Friendly, honest family run business that you can trust! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Unfortunately we trusted one of their employees to help us out with our measurements after they made us second guess ourselves, sadly the measurements they suggested were wrong. We could not get a refund nor could we get another one. The worst part of our experience was when the Son of the owner who was a 20 year old started getting aggressive with my father who's in his 70's! My father kept his calm as he tried explaining and then that's when the young man started cursing at him. I do not wish this experience on anyone please look for another option if possible. As to the Owner of this shop please teach your employees some decent manners, thank you.

Had the pleasure of working with them for HVAC on my house. Excellent work, great prices, and wonderful staff. Ask for Paul Hernandez, he was such a handsome young man and so helpful.

Horrible service just stay on the phone and don’t say nothing to customers. They suck

Great and fast service. Very knowledgeable. Decided to use them for more affordable prices and better quality work. Probably why they're so busy during the summer. Reasonable wait times, but always on time, even rush product for a small fee. Great for HVAC needs, highly recommend!

Great services! They take care of me and help whenever i need it.
